Great value for an extended stay. Dog friendly and comfortable. The kitchen area was more than enough for our needs. There are also some nice walking trails close by.

The washer and dryer are coin operated. The washer gives you only a short time after it finishes to open the door before locking your clothes in. This was not clearly posted and caused us some confusion.

The bedroom and couch

The Wi-Fi was horrible and the appliances, stove didn’t work.

We had a fabulous stay. There was plenty of room in the apartment, and it had all of the necessary things. There were plenty of outlets for our technology, and even some of the essential items in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was a place to walk the dog nearby and the parking was always available. Overall, it was very comfortable and affordable.

It had a crib and high chair. Pet friendly. Quite spacious.

There was no AC even though the details implied there was. The plug in fan in livingroom was broken. TV remote in livingroom broken. Even tried to replace batteries but still didn't work. Dining table had a hole in it. The plug in fan in the bedroom had a broken blade though did work. Stated there was breakfast though two times we tried to go and it was completely empty with nothing set up. Could not find any staff to ask about the breakfast issue. Another customer was trying to find someone to help her with her clothes that was stuck in the washing machine.

quiet, convenient location. plenty of space, great for families. Able to put kids to sleep and then then still socialize/work/relax in main room. Note that you'll have to climb a couple flights of stairs to reach apartment. We didn't need, but apartment has items for babies (changing table, high chair, etc).

Was a little unclear where to checkin (apartments and hotel are the same - so check in at the hotel). The room's bathroom door was difficult to close (impossible for kids); playground equipment was dirty.

The hostess was very helpful and accommodating and did her very best to alleviate our concerns, even offering to let us check out early. Though the playground was not in good repair and was not totally safe, my children really enjoyed playing there. Though the area was loud and the building wasn't well insulated, it was close to a pool and some nice walking paths as well as Ramstein Air Base.

On booking.com, the apartment was listed as having two bedrooms, however it had one bedroom with a queen-sized bed (was listed as a king-sized) in the living room, with a small screen separating it from the couch. The room was non-smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke. Door knobs were coming off, lights were burned out, and the whole apartment was very dirty with dust and hairs everywhere! The hostess did clean it after we requested it, but anything that couldn't easily be reached seemed to never have been cleaned (such as under the beds). The park advertised had a large hole in one slide and wood and metal stacked behind the playhouse, totally unsecured and unsafe for small children. In the playhouse itself, there were actual (broken) appliances up on counters. I was concerned about them falling on the children. My children enjoyed playing in the playground, but I had to keep a careful eye to ensure their safety. The railing in the apartment balcony was also not safe for small children, and we had to supervise them on the balcony at all times. Finally, the building was noisy as was the neighborhood, with a lot of traffic passing on the street late into the night.
