We enjoyed our 4 night stay in the 2 bedroom and 2 bath cottage on the river. We accidently locked ourselves out of the cottage while unloading our luggage. :O The owner Julie was very quick to respond and help us get back in. I enjoyed the large counter space in the master bathroom. The master bedroom king bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

I stay at least twice per year in BV to go fly fishing with Ark Anglers. This is by far one of THE BEST places we have stayed. So clean, everything you need, plus a very relaxing back porch with the relaxing stream just off of the porch. Beds were comfy, plenty of parking, very central to BV and just a fantastic stay from start to finish. Definitely looking to stay here on our next trip. We for sure will be repeats (if it isn't booked already).

The house was perfect for us. We had coffee every morning Creekside on the deck. The bed was comfortable. We loved going to sleep with the babbling creek just outside. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and the park. It’s a quick drive to the Arkansas River. There are great hikes from there. There are several good restaurants in the downtown area. Overall it’s a great small town to spend time in.

This is a well-maintained gem, great for any type of visitor. The back porch does indeed back up directly to the river, and the spotless interior has all the modern conveniences, plus comfy furniture and all the dishes and cookware (and paper goods) anyone would need. This isn't an isolated cabin; it is in a very quiet neighborhood that is a short drive to Main Street and a short drive to mountain recreation. Also--I still can't believe how kind the owner was when we accidentally broke something in the house. Highly recommend!!

My family enjoyed our stay at this comfortable creekside cottage. Wonderful time of year to visit and see the Fall colors in Colorado. This cottage proved to be a great location to access a variety of hiking trails. Interlachen Trail in Twin Lakes proved to be the best!

My husband and I have stayed here in Buena Vista several times at this cozy house on Cottonwood Creek. We love everything about this place. Close to everything in and near BV but does not feel like you are in the middle of the city noise. The beds are comfortable, the house is warm and inviting and plenty of room for 4 guests. The place makes you feel right at home. We love sitting on the back patio in the evenings and listening to the creek. We had a deer come visit us one evening. Comfortable, clean and cozy! We will be back again.

Suggestions:
Trim around the deck to see the creek, check faucet in master bath sink for hot water (the cartridge on left), crowing rooster starts crowing at 5:15 am.

Love the creek off the deck; very serene. Bring your mosquito spray though! Also be aware there are roosters and ducks next door. Not too much of a nuisance; somewhat humorous and adds to the country feel. Would stay again when back in the Buena Vista area.

My husband and I stayed over two weeks and loved every moment. Sitting outside during the day on the back deck and listening to the creek all night long was so relaxing. Great place to stay. The outside of the home is deceiving as the inside is beautifully updated and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and it was delightful to fall asleep hearing the babbling of Cottonwood Creek. Kitchen nicely stocked as was the laundry. The town was about a mile away and a fun place to visit. House rock kitchen had the best food around. The Arkansas river is close with wading, rafting
and nice places to hike. Great visit!

This property is super clean and modern. Easy to find in a quiet residential area. The deck on the back side near the stream is great for Morning coffee day planning or evening beverages to wind down from the day. The owners are easy to communicate with and very concerned for the guests well being.

Cozy and very clean property right on river
Loved the property as soon as we pulled in driveway with the cute little wishing well and you could hear the river in the backyard with the tall beautiful Aspen trees. Inside was so cute and cozy. We met Julie (the owner) and she is so sweet and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again

Pleasant creekside home
The home was just what we needed, with a lovely outside deck right on a bubbling creek. We really enjoyed sitting out there after a day of activities. We had a little communication problem with the owner at first in order to gain access but we got it straightened out. Would suggest the owner provide a phone number on the listing, as email was unresponsive.

Creek side patio
This was a lovely place to stay. The creek is perfect for listening to, watching the birds, and the deck was great for breakfast and reading. The rooms were well decorated, very clean, and comfortable. Also, I think you could walk to downtown if you don’t mind a bit of a walk although I didn’t do the walk. My communications went well with the manager.
