We really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for all. Wish we had a little more toilet paper and paper towels, since grocery store not close by, but everything else was spot on.

We loved this house, the property and the location. The house was move in ready with everything we needed on site and easy to find.

This property is just off the beaten path but close by car to everything. The views from the upstairs patio at sunset were fabulous. I sat one morning with my cup coffee just to watch the bunnies hop around in the yard. Just a stones throw away, was the perfect place for scenic pictures. The overall feel of the area was something from a Nicholas Sparks book. I've already began planning a family trip and I'm hopeful this home will be available. **NOTE** When I first arrived I was initially only able to locate 2 bds and baths, however the 3rd, is downstairs on the other side of the garage and laundry area and has its own separate entryway and key so if you have someone that needs easy access but cant make the stairs it's a great addition but access to the main house area would not be available, without significant assistance.** Overall a GREAT place for some much needed R&R.

This was the perfect place to gather for a weekend with family. We enjoyed exploring this beautiful little town and walking to the beach. The home made our stay comfortable and right at home. We would plan another get-away here any day.

First time staying in the area, and it was lovely. The home was very comfortable and had great views. Everything we needed. The cute town of Tiverton had shops and a great Parisian style cafe. We can’t wait to come back and check out more of the art scene. Thank you!

The location was gorgeous, the home and living situation was great. It was easy to get in and out. I give it at five.

Let me tell you, the pictures on the listing do no do this place any justice! The VIEW from this house out onto the marshland/bay is SPECTACULAR! The house was pristine. It almost felt like we were staying in a hotel!
When we put our little one down to sleep, my husband and I would relax out on the enclosed porch or the sitting area attached to the master bedroom, and watch the sunset with a nice glass of wine. You can barely hear any of the neighbors or even see them. It’s like you’re on your own little oasis.
We will for sure be coming back to this location in the near future. It almost has us moving back to Rhode Island.
Highly recommend this location to anybody!

We only had a two night stay in February to visit family. The first thing we noticed is how spotless this place is! The views are so pretty and with all the windows it’s so nice and bright. The beds are super comfy and smell so clean. The furniture is nicer than any place we’ve stayed before and the kitchen is amazing. The appliances are top of the line and drawers/cabinets are stocked with anything you could possibly want or need. This is not your typical rental home. The third bedroom on the ground level is very private with its own bathroom for someone who prefers their own space. There are a lot of stairs which could make it difficult for some people with mobility issues, which is the only thing to consider for accessibility. Other than that, we just wish we had more time and warmer weather to enjoy it longer.

We came in to town to celebrate our son graduating from Roger Williams University. This place was perfect for our family (us and grandparents)to stay. We had plenty of space so we didn't feel crowded. We were also able to enjoy family meals without having to worry about having to take a bigger group to a restaurant and find seating. The sunset and sunrise views were beautiful! And it was always entertaining watching the rabbits around the yard. It had a very relaxing atmosphere. If I had to add a critique, it would be that it may have been nice to have a second TV in the house as an option. Half of our group were very into watching the Celtics game and it would have been nice to have another place to watch something else. Also, it was advertised as a sleep sofa/ futon as an option for an additional sleep space but we couldn't find any sheets/pillows for it. We happened to have brought a sleeping bag so that was fine, but some may not. Also, if you have anyone in your group that may have accessibility issues, please note that you have to access stairs to get to the main floor from the driveway. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed the stay!

Very clean property. Listening to the birds on the porch and watching the rabbits in the yard was all the entertainment needed. We would book again.

My sisters and I stayed here for a nice quiet weekend together. The house is immaculate and cozy. The beds were ridiculously comfortable. The town is quaint and has beautiful scenery and little antique shops. We loved it.

Beautiful home on private lot with amazing views! The home is well appointed and comfortable. There are many stairs to navigate within this 3 story home, though, so mobility should be considered. The property manager was responsive and easy to contact. We would definitely stay again.

Great property. Loved the heated floors in the upstairs bathroom. The beds were soooo comfy. So comfortable that I looked it up to buy one and unfortunately they have been discontinued. Everything was well appointed and a nice coastal vibe. When we return we will definitely be staring here again. Thanks, Maria. You were prompt with responding and flexible with the check in and out times and it was appreciated.

What a great house!
This is a great house in Little Compton, RI. Well off the beaten path, but 30 min from Newport or Providence. They had everything we needed (bring yourself, clean clothes, and food - but a stocked pantry of 'dry goods' including several bottles of wine). Two comments. There was only one TV even though there was a TV remote in the upstairs master bedroom too. And in the bedroom you really need better shades or the 5AM sun will wake you up! Then again, this keeps you from missing out on a beautiful day. If you need groceries (you will), go to Clements Market in Portsmouth. Take a selfie with the Mr. Potato Head statues (both of them). If you want a beach, go to the Town of Little Compton South Shore Beach. Or take the drive to 2nd Beach in Middletown. This house allows you to do it all - and then get away from the hustle and bustle of the 'touristy' areas!

Get away
Due to Covid we did not want to go to a resort. This was the next best thing and it was just what the Dr. ordered. Clean, Spaces, lovely and no issues with the house

The glass entrance door makes me feel a little bit of secured during the night.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. House is clean and the view is great to watch the sunset. Kitchen is fully equipped and makes us feel like home.

Refreshing Riverfront Recharge
Fantastic location with views of Sakonnet River and protected marsh area. Position of the house takes advantage of breezes through screen windows for natural A/C. The screen porch was amazing and peaceful, with lots of wildlife to view in the yard and the nearby marsh. The photos are accurate and the house is very clean! Little Compton is a wonderful escape from the Newport bustle, yet still close enough to go and explore. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect vacation home in a wonderful location.
This spotless, well equipped and spacious home provided a wonderful space for our adult family post-vaccine reunion. The views were beautiful and especially enjoyable because the weather kept us inside much of our stay.

Perfect weekend escape
Beautiful house in a great location. Walking distance to the beach which was great for our family. Make restaurant reservations well in advance if you can. It was a holiday weekend and also due to Covid and only outdoor seating almost everything was booked. Don’t miss sunset at the house though!

Loved every minute of our stay
The house is a delight and Little Compton is a gem. We had a wonderful time - thank you to the owners for the absolutely wonderful house. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautiful. We couldn’t have felt better and would love to come back again!

Quiet getaway
My family of 5 and I enjoyed our week in Little Compton. The house was immaculate, nicely decorated and well-equipped. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, and we enjoyed having the enclosed porch with ceiling fan to sit on every night. An outdoor shower is always appreciated at the beach! Each morning, we walked down the hill to the secluded beach for a swim. It’s a rocky one, but we didn’t mind because we had it to ourselves. We didn’t eat out because of COVID-19, but found several local seafood restaurants to order from. Newport and Providence were nice day trips (sightseeing from the car). My husband and daughter carried the kayaks down to the water and explored the marsh nearby. All-in-all, a much-needed escape to a lovely, comfortable, quiet home!

Fantastic quiet getaway!
I spent a long weekend with my parents at this lovely home in Little Compton and had a truly wonderful experience. The house was spotless when we arrived and had clearly been cleaned from top to bottom for our safety and comfort. It appears to be newly renovated so everything is in immaculate condition including all new bedding. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to make all our meals throughout the weekend. The living areas are spacious and bright and the separate TV room on the main floor is great if not everyone wants to watch TV. We really enjoyed the the screened in porch and amazing views out the front of the house. Wildlife abounds with rabbits hopping about and birds chirping at dawn, but otherwise the location is peaceful and quiet.
The location is fantastic - a short one block walk to the water, 1 mile to the winery, 2 miles to amazing ice cream at Gray's and 2 miles the other way to Wilbur's General Store, which was the only grocery shopping we needed for the weekend. Newport is an easy 40 minute drive if you need more activity.
This house and location are a great find and I can't wait to go back!

Wonderful home, beautiful setting
Such a fantastic home with breathtaking views almost from every window. We enjoyed an orchestra of birds throughout the day. The home itself was lovely. Very clean, well renovated with a fantastic kitchen that was well-stocked with high-end appliances, coffee maker etc. Nicely decorated and very comfortable furnishings! Balcony off the master suite for a morning coffee or enjoy a meal or read a book in the screened in porch looking out to the sea. We absolutely loved our stay!
