Good clean apartment and close to all amenities. A short walk to main street.

Clean and good location Staff were helpful

Not suitable if you have lots of baggage as there is no elevator. Despite being in a great location, the traffic noise is loud and constant. The lead up to staying at this place was a hassle - sending in photo ID etc a few times as the system didn’t work. I get the seriousness of security however didn’t have to go through this whole process for anywhere else we stayed.

I liked the configuration of the apartment with the loft space. the customer service team was very responsive.

it wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it to be. the ceiling fan and the corners had dust bunnies. however as there were high ceilings I somewhat understood it. also I wasn’t 100% comfortable with the apartment being accessible from the street. one late night some random folks rang our doorbell.

The apartment I stayed in was clean, well furnished, and enjoyable. It's suitable for both a short stay and a longer-term stay. It's reasonably close to the convention center as well! On paper, the apartment matched my expectations.

I have concerns with the following: 1) The location was very very noisy as it is basically on the street. There was also a transient person that slept next to my door for the whole duration of my stay and was screaming at night. Paper thin walls did not help. 2) I can work around the issues on item #1. What was incredibly annoying was the fact that one day before the beginning of my stay I was basically threatened by the staff to provide a number of time consuming things with an incredibly short turnaround. The approach was extremely passive aggressive. This was sent on a Sunday night and I was asked to provide screenshots of my credit card as well as other stuff within 6 hours; there was practically no way for me to comply with this request as , you know, people have lives. I had to rush through this on Monday morning while trying to board my plane---super annoying. However, in the meanwhile whomever was dealing with this decided to disable my credit card on Booking. Extremely unpleasant experience, probably the worst I've ever had on this website.

Very close to downtown, parking for $35/24h right next door. Very modern apartment, all comforts and really nicely decorated. Fast Wifi, and modern TV system that allows for streaming. Kids loved it.

Right on the motorway. Very noisy and loud. The walls and bed shake quite a bit during the night, it's really hard to get a good sleep throughout the night without being woken up by loud noises.
