This was the most beautiful facility I have ever seen. The staff were incredible. I left all my valuables in the safe, and the staff went above and beyond to document them and get them back to me. I am so impressed and grateful. The breakfast was phenomenal also.

Some of the room details seemed a little "dated" already, despite being quite new. The showers especially. The beds were firmer than I expected which isn't entirely bad.

Leider ist der Hauptpool eher ein Kinderpool und für Ruhe suchende eher ungeeignet.

The hospitality was incredible.

The staff and service were excellent, everyone was very considerate and kind towards our toddler. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The room was very clean as well and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Very big, sometimes getting lost back to find my room. I’m sure if I stayed longer this wouldn’t have been an issue but for 1-2 nights was a little confusing. Also woke up early for pranayama class on the beach which was advertised by the pool but wasn’t really worth it. No mat given and, although the staff was very friendly, they didn’t have much experience and it was over in less than 30 minutes. I would have expected more from a resort like this.

宿泊前の問い合わせや各種予約対応から、宿泊期間中のスタッフの対応まで、とてもフレンドリーで親切で期待以上でした。特に、70歳を超える両親から小1の甥っ子まで7人の旅行で、色々とわがままなお願いをする中で、私は英語がほとんど話せないのですが、単語を一生懸命聞き取ってそこから言いたいことを汲み取ってくださる姿が印象的でした。確認をお願いしたことは、ロビーを通るだけでスタッフから声をかけてくれて応えてくれたり、WhatsAppを通してメッセージも届きます。(日本ではあまり利用されていないアプリですが、海外では主流のアプリなのでバリ島旅行の際は利用をおすすめします。滞在中にはドライバーさんとのやり取りなどでも便利でした。)海外旅行では、言葉の問題や文化の違いから全ての希望は叶わず何かしら我慢をすることがほとんどですが、今回の滞在中は何一つ我慢することなく完璧な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。どのレストランも何を食べても食事が美味しいです。オーダー式ビュッフェの朝食も素晴らしい。亀のパンが可愛かった。カウントダウンパーティもピンチョス程度かと思いきや、レストランレベルの食事を屋台で調理してくださってとても美味しかったです。またバリ島を訪れる際は宿泊したいです。

朝5時にチェックアウトした際のフロントの男性スタッフは、笑顔がなくて不機嫌そうだった。良い滞在でしたが、最後が残念な気持ちで帰りました。

The location is fantastic - right on Sanur Beach. The daily breakfast is exceptional. Possibly the best choice and quality I've had on any holiday.

The higher prices for hotel food and drinks prevented us from eating at the hotel. If guests were offered credit or a discount to eat there, it would have been a good incentive.

Absolutely stunning. We traveled with our 5 month old and 3 year old and stayed in a suite room which had plenty of space for all of us and separate living area and bedroom. The staff were amazing! So helpful, accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect - beautiful beach (lovely for swimming during high tide), lovely sunrises, right on the broad walk which you can push a stroller along. The hotel is beautiful - a hidden jungle. Super modern but still unique. Impeccable service. Great location, can walk around. Pool is beautiful. Kids pool was great too. Highly recommend getting the breakfast. We had such a lovely week here and so recommend staying here!!

Food and drink prices within the resort were pretty inflated.

Nice ambience and feel. Enjoyed the balinese architecture and the whole feel of it.

Was irritated with the flies at the restaurant. Kept bugging and ruined my dining experience. Had mosquitoes in the evening as well.

Not only facilities of the hotel, but also quality of services and staff. Especially, nursery was fantastic and our daughter loved it very very much.

Exceptional hotel in the middle of a lush tropical garden. The whole architecture including the spacious rooms are a extremely pleasing mix of traditional Balinese and modern architecture. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Food at the breakfast is a all you can eat a la carts. Way better then a buffet. Every dish you order is made al fresco.
