Visit to son in Air Force and multiple New Mexico attractions.

Comfortable, clean, well-stocked home in a quiet golf course community. Everything we needed and more was supplied by our host, including a generous gift basket. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and very comfortable!!

The residence is located in a quiet neighborhood on a golf course. The unwashed windows of the residence had cobwebs and dirt on the exterior. This left an impression of a slightly neglected property and diminished its curb appeal. A representative of the owner mentioned the windows were washed every three to four months. There was an unpleasant odor emanating from the closet of the master bedroom. The owner was responsive and immediately sent a carpet cleaner to deodorize the area. The cause of the odor was never established.

We had a great time at this property. The AC kept us cool on the guest days and the hot water never ran out... This is important because we have a very large family. Thanks again.

The property was very nice, the beds were comfortable especially the master. It was a little hard to come into the property after dark. We were afraid we were going to the wrong place. The address was great but actually getting In was a little tricky at night if you haven’t been there. I did feel a little exposed to all the neighbors with no curtains in the main family area. At night we felt like we were on display. It was a great place otherwise the lack of curtains in family room and in kitchen. The properties are very close so it would be better if you at least had some shades that could be pulled shut or something. I wasn’t sure whom we were suppose to talk to about the property because we had two names that were on our info. Over all loved the place wish we would have looked earlier for a place to stay in Clovis like that. We have family in the area 🙂
