The property was well-kept and perfect for our large group of 12. The hot tub and games were so much fun! The air hockey, ping pong and arcade games provided hours of entertainment! This house has it all and it was lovely. The hosts were very pleasant and also provided a great experience.

Everything was perfect! Our daughter got stuck in the driveway due to all of the snow, and the maintenance man went out of his way to help them. We couldn’t have been more grateful. Thank you for sharing your home and a beautiful family trip for us.

We spent thanksgiving week at Anthony’s beautiful house and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was very well-appointed (especially the kitchen), and there were so many fun activities for the kids. The easy access to Fort Rock Park and the hot tub were highlights. Anthony was super responsive and helpful, and even mailed us some clothing we left in the dryer before leaving! We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Anthony!

This home was absolutely perfect for our big family reunion that we had! So many beds, trundle beds, blankets, space, etc. We cooked, played games, sang & had so much fun visiting. I highly recommend this home for groups of 10+. 6 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms!

Our family gathered to celebrate Grandma’s 90th birthday. Folks traveled from California, Oregon and Washington. The age group ran from two to ninety. We had everything we wanted and needed here. Plenty of space, bedrooms and fun things to do for those wanting to; pool time, walking, bike riding, Nature Center, river walk, air hockey, etc. The location can not be beat, especially while sitting on the large back deck the backs up to beautiful natural setting of boulders, trees and shrubs. Very quiet! The manager communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Check in was super easy, as was checking out. Two things to note: stairs, stairs, stairs (our older folks got a bit tired of having to use stairs so often) and the dining table only seats eight. We were thinking that with some many bedrooms and open spaces, the dining table/area was a bit on the limiting side. Overall, great vacation rental and a good time was had by all. Thank you!

The whole family was delighted to stay at his property!!! The house was spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds, ample kitchen accessories, jigsaw puzzles and hot tub. It was within a short walk to the pickle court which was greatly enjoyed! We would definitely like to stay there again!!! Many thanks for a delightful week at SunRiver.

Located right next to the park, this house is absolutely perfect if traveling to Sunriver with kids. Plenty of room and amenities. A+

Several of my children and their families enjoyed this spacious home with me. It is on a quiet cul de sac with easy access to Ft. Rock Park. The home has places for all to relax. Easy to find seats for eveyone at mealtime. Plenty of bathrooms as the adults prepared to go to a family wedding. I highly recommend renting a SR property from Anthony. He kept in communication and immediately addressed any little issue we ran into.

My wife died 6 months prior to this trip. Family rallied around me and proposed Sunriver as our destination. They found this property, and I rented it. Was one of the nicest settings for this amazingly healing family retreat. The owners of tis property have gone to great lengths to provide beauty, comfort, and refuge for their guests. This is a great house for family gatherings. We were celebrating our 45th anniversary and had two of our adult chlldren, their spouses and grandchildren staying at this house (ages 7,5, 3 and 2, 1 year olds). There were screens that could be placed at the stairs, which kept kids, or dogs, where they were supposed to be. The weather was good, which made the deck a great addition. The deck was totally private, with a long- distance view of the pickleball courts. Fort Rock Park was an easy walk or bike ride away. There is foosball, air hockey, ping pong and video arcade games. There are even pickleball paddles. The SHARC passes are a wonderful addition, as we went to the pool with them and rented a propane tank for use at the picnic area of the park for barbeque (we could have done this on the deck, but the kids and the dogs loved the park). The bed pillows are to die for and we slept well. The kitchen is well stocked. The owner and the manager were accommodating to an early check-in and a late checkout. But the real test was when the hot tub started smoking with a burnt plastic smell, which we immediately turned off the circuit breaker. The repairman was there early the next morning and had it fixed within an hour. Very responsive! The grocery store is 5 minutes away. The bike path is close by. However, this is not a handicapped-accessible house, as there are stairs to get to the kitchen and main living area, as well as the deck. We would definitely rent it again.

Our families had a great vacation at this house we had eleven people and still had one bedroom that we didn’t need. The layout of the house is great with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved all the video games, ping pong table, and air hockey. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub we were in it every day. This house has everything you could want. Close location to the mountain for an epic day of skiing with fresh powder. Also close to shopping and great restaurants and pretty much anything you could want to do. The host Anthony was super responsive and went above and beyond to help us get our pillow back that our daughter left behind. He is super kind and takes great care of his property it was spotless. Best place to book in Sunriver. We will definitely be back!

House was beautiful, plenty of very comfortable rooms/beds in a wonderful location. Kitchen had everything you could need and then some! They even provided a stunning Christmas tree for our family gathering! Would highly reccomend!

The house was amazing, it was perfectly set up for our family Christmas with a tree an all. We loved it, had lots to do for all ages.

We had our traditional Thanksgiving in Sunriver with our extended family. This six bedroom home had everything and then some. For fun video games, ping pong, air hockey and many tvs. The kitchen was fully supplied with many pots, pans, blender, etc, etc, wow. The icing on the proverbial cake was the GREAT communication with the owner either by email or phone. Plus having the park next door was amazing!! Can’t miss home for large groups!!!!

Our whole family stayed (3 generations) and we loved the location and space of the home. Easy checking/checkout!! Property was clean, well equipped, and lots of games to play! We had a blast and will return!

Spending my summers in Sunriver growing up as a kid were fun, but staying in this house as an adult with my friends golfing was even more fun. The house had everything we needed to maximize our enjoyment of Sunriver. Hot tub, bikes, ping pong, arcade games, you name it, this place has it. Pleasantly located right next to the park and right along a bike path we loved every second of being in this house and Anthony was a great host woth accommodating to our stay.

We had fourteen people. House was large enough for everybody. It was great to be next to Fort Rock Park. Adults and kids liked being able to walk to the park. There were enough games at the house for the kids. Nice having a hot tub and barbecue. Only one problem with the barbecue, we had no propane but called Anthony and problem was solved in minutes.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! Super clean, very well appointed and stocked with everything we needed! Anthony was VERY responsive with any question or concern that we had during the entire duration of our stay! The location of this home, literally a stones throw away from the park and pickleball courts (which we used many times) was just perfect! I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a larger group/family and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

beautiful place, beautiful scenery, perfect location. close to everything, but still isolated from the city. very safe and convenient to enjoy bike rides. I don't know how to bike, but our kids and those who can enjoyed it. Convenient and safe for morning and evening walking. I would love to go back.

This place was great with awesome amenities and well stocked with everything you could need. Love the big spaces all the light and of course the games. Anthony’s communication was great and he responded very quickly even with recommendations on activities. We’d definitely stay in this home again!

Perfect for a family outing! Spacious, well-appointed and a great location with lots to do both inside and outside, with lots of extras! The owners were super nice and easy to deal with and it was everything and more that we hoped for! We had 12 people stay there with one pooch and there was plenty of room! The best snow outing ever!

Amazing property , the owner was very attentive and had immediate response times for questions we had. The house was spacious and easily accommodated 3 families with kids . The loft with the football table and arcade style video games were a hit with both kids and adults .

This was our first trip to Sunriver and we could not have stayed at a better home. The location was perfect, just behind the park but very private, and equal distance drive or bike ride to all areas in Sunriver. The home had everything and more for a large family group with kids age 3 to 11. We already booked again for next year!

The house was nicer than the photos showed. Anthony was a pleasure to work with and we thank him for the use of his house so that we could all reconnect! All the extras were used - hot tub was hot, bike tires were fully inflated, and teens/uncles loved the game room. Please check the bbq before use - it has not been maintained and we went to put precooked hamburgers on it and a grease fire broke out. No injury or property damage but very scary. As far as the location/resort, Sunriver has great bike trails. The Sharc pool currently has capacity limits due to COVID and lack of lifeguards; after standing in line for over 1/2 hr, some of our family members got turned away on multiple days. That is a bit of a bummer. Overall though, a really nice place to stay for family members of all ages!
