We’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach for our children’s fall break for the last few years and this is the nicest condo we have stayed at. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of laundry, cleaning and trash bag supplies to last our whole trip. The emergency supplies and toy box were a nice touch too. There was some unplanned construction in the building that we were notified of prior to our stay and given the option to cancel. We enjoyed our view of the beach along with our stay. We hope to book this condo for our trip next year!

Our stay was great! The condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. All amenities were thought of & everything was very well organized. Easy walk down to the beach & Molly Darcy's right next door was very convenient for drinks or a meal. Our group would definitely recommend this condo to others!

The condo was perfect for my family. The grandkids had their own room and loved all the toys (both for inside the condo and for the beach) that were in the condo. The kitchen is very well stocked, we had plenty of linens and towels, and the balcony furniture provided a comfy space to view the ocean and beach. We happened to be there when a hurricane came through and the owners made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often to make sure we were ok. Patty gave us several good indoor ideas of things to do with the grandkids on the day that it rained. The rest of the week was sunny and beautiful. Thank you Patty for allowing our family to enjoy a sweet week together.

When I say this condo has everything you need I mean it!!! We didn’t even have to bring beach chairs, boogie boards, or sand toys. It’s all there for you which takes up a lot of space in your car. It was fully stocked with all the dishes you needand everything was clean. Even 2 crockpots.
The bar was fully stocked with all sorts of different glasses…. wine glasses, margarita glasses, martini glasses, shot glasses Wine openers can openers drink Coozies I mean everything!
Not to forget that it’s oceanfront and it takes less than two minutes to get from your condo down to the beach because it’s right off the elevator on the 14th floor…. The check in was much easier than I thought it would be getting all our luggage up there… they have a smooth process
The owner communicated with me from day 1… made sure everything was perfect for us!
We had pizza delivered and there’s many stores close by… we cooked most nights and ate out at Broadway at the beach once
I will absolutely stay here again!!

This condo met all expectations for our family vacation. Patty was wonderful to communicate with and provides a lot of things in the condo that other places do not, especially in the kitchen. It was clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for our 12 family members. The location is excellent and we just love the North Myrtle Beach area. The only downside of the building (which doesn’t affect the actual condo) is there are no restrooms on the ground floor near the pools. If you are at the beach or pool, you have to go all the way up to the condo to use the bathroom and with little ones that’s tough but we didn’t let that affect our stay. Again a building issue, not the condo itself. Patty also supplies some beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys and that was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again!

When I was searching for a unit for the 10 of us (all adults), one of the most important things was the beds/bedrooms. This place fit the bill with 4 bedrooms and 6 total (actual) beds. So often when looking at listings the owner counts a day bed or pull out couch as a bed so be careful when looking at units. But, this place had 6 actual beds all queen or king.
Overall the unit was clean. It was well laid out and had a LOT of neat little touches. Some of those were the nice beach chairs, the 2nd fridge, laundry detergent, and especially the amount of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and place settings. I thought it was a great touch.
The check in process was smooth and Patty was very responsive. She even showed up at the door to take care of a VERY minor issue. I was pleasantly surprised about that as I know she lives in another state.
The reason I gave this 4 stars are a couple of things that need to be brought to the attention of future guests and are not a reflection of Patty as they are out of her control. Those were the pools and the parking garage. There are two 18 story buildings and the pool/lazy river were not as nice as I was expecting. The parking garage was NOT a fun time. There was ample parking but the garage is very narrow and parking a larger vehicle was definitely a problem each time. Almost got trapped in 1 time when a large truck parked in the spot behind me.
Overall we were happy with this unit and would look to rent it again if we came back to MB.

We loved the rooms and nice couches and chairs. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. The kitchen was well stocked which we appreciated because we love to cook. The storage closet had beach toys, umbrellas and great high quality beach chairs for all of us!! Our only small complaint was the beach itself was so very crowded.

This is the 2nd time we have rented this condo. It is perfect for my family (husband, grown children, spouses & grandchildren). We love the location, views from the balcony, all the extras that are there for the kids and beach things that we don’t have to take. Even condiments and spices etc that are in the kitchen to use. My favorite is that she labels everything so you know where things go or how to use them. Really feels like home away from home.

We had a lovely stay! The listing was accurate and the condo was beautifully decorated and maintained. There were many extras including beach chairs and mats which was super helpful. Typically we would purchase them and leave behind.
The ease of access to the pool and beach front was perfect.
We traveled with our clubs and there were many very nice courses in close proximity to our resort. Also, our favorite Irish Pub in Myrtle Beach, Molly Darcys, is directly next door.
Communication with our host was smooth with quick responses. We requested an early check-in and we're accommodated.
We travel to this area from NH yearly and will continue to book the same unit if possible. Highly recommended. Overall score 5 star!

This condo was over the top. Seven of us stayed and enjoyed every minute of it. The attention to details was great. Loved how fully stocked with whatever we needed was there and so easy to find. We’ll be back!

This is the best designed and stocked condo I have ever rented! There wasn’t one item I wanted that wasn’t available. Cabinets were labeled so I could quickly locate what I wanted.
The view was amazing. The balcony was large and inviting. The pictures of the unit already show the nice design. The condo was spotless upon arrival.
If I had any questions, they were answered quickly
Parking is across the street from the condo unit for all that are not owners, but our disabled family member was able to park under the condo with proper license. The building is undergoing some renovation. So, ask about the progress if elevator work or outside building repairs bother you. The gym is small, but had everything I needed. Toys, games and cards were available for when weather wasn’t great. There is a TV in each bedroom.
I would absolutely rent this unit again. It was a dream.

This property is all this and more. You will not be disappointed. The owner is very friendly and very responsive. Her home is very well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve a huge variety. The towels and bedding are also a huge win so you're not packing a bunch of extras. Our group had 6 adults 2 teens and a 2 year old and we had more than enough room. The spacious layout has plenty of together room, but also private space in one of the 4 bedrooms. The three bathrooms made it super simple to get ready. There are also movies, games and toys. She really did think of everything
You honestly just need to bring your clothes and personal items. The views are amazing. The location was perfect it's close to everything our two favorite local spots are Melt on Main for the best ice cream and Snooks for rhe best food and service. We definitely will be visiting again. Don't hesitate just book yoi will not be sorry.

My sisters, daughter and I had a wonderful time at Crescent Shores. This is a great location - right on the beach and close to a ton of attractions. Patty was fantastic-a perfect host! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Patty for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Property and location were absolutely gorgeous! We loved watching dolphins from our balcony, playing the family games that were provided, and were so thankful for a fully furnished kitchen! This condo is a must-see for any large family vacation!!!

The condo was beautiful. It has everything you need. very clean . The whole family enjoyed it. Patty was the best . I asked if early check in was possible. No one had rented the condo the day before so she let us check in early . I would definitely stay here again.

The initial pictures on VRBO does not do this condo any justice, everything is just gorgeous with a calming vibe. The whole process was so smooth, i would recommend this condo to anyone.

Stepping into our home away from home was a very pleasant experience, the place is beautiful. Our hostess went above and beyond. The ocean view is spectacular, supplies are plentiful, balcony is fantastic with lots of seating, beds were comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to book this place again and again - go for it!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this condo. We have been coming to North Myrtle for over 20 years and this is the nicest unit we have stayed in. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. Keyless entry was a plus. Patty was a great host, very responsive to any questions or requests we had. We will be booking again!

Our family had a great vacation. Patty definitely makes sure you feel like you are at home with all of the personal touches. You do not have to bring a thing when staying in this condo. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved playing with all of the toys she provides. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing week-long stay at this property! Our group included 6 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room for us to sleep and to spend time together.
Attention to detail was impeccable…from presence of games and kids books to extra supplies (ranging from ziplock bags and detergent to tampons and Lysol)…we felt comfortable and equipped for a nice stay.
Outdoor beach and pool toys were plentiful!
Labels everywhere helped with instructions for use and showed A+ organization.
View from 14th floor is amazing.
My kids loved the outdoor pools and hot tubs!
Only 2 small disappointments with the condo complex were 1) gym that could use a makeover and 2) very small/unimpressive indoor pool. Since it was summer and the weather was perfect, we didn’t really require use of either…but if traveling off-season, it might be more impactful.

This is our third consecutive year renting from Patty. Every year you can see the significant investments Patty has made to upgrade her villa since our last visit. My family and I had the most amazing stay at this condo! Patty was such an amazing hostess and was so easy to contact. We had a small issue arise during our stay, and Patty took care of it so quick. The condo was gorgeous and all of the pictures were exactly how the condo is in person. The check-in process was so smooth and all of the instructions were so informative. Great condo on the beach!
The condo was perfect and right on the beach. It was even nicer than the pictures and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for our family with 7 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Parasailing and banana boat rentals right on the beach. We rented a handicap wheelchair that was fantastic from North Myrtle Beach park district which was just minutes away. Plenty of beach toys. It was 10-20 minutes to Pirates Voyage(Great show) and Barefoot Landing. Barefoot Landing had plenty of family friendly activities and several nice restaurants/ice cream places and shopping.

Great Family Vacation
Stayed in North Myrtle for the first time with my wife and two kids (1 and 3), parents, and in-laws and the property did not not disappoint! The layout of the condo was perfect for us and they had everything that you could ever want or need available to use. Kitchen utensils, kids toys, booster seats for the kids, sand toys, pool floats etc. We didn’t need to bring any of it because they had it all. The location to the beach and pools couldn’t be any better and Patty was great to work with throughout the entire process. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a trip to North Myrtle! A++

Many added bonuses include chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and boogie boards there to use.
