The home is a very nice, cozy house in a perfect location. Great fenced in back yard and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would stay again for sure!

This was our favorite property we have visited so far. It was perfect for our family visit, including our furry grandpups! We cooked, played a lot of corn hole, and even had a neighborhood fireworks show! We will be back.

Pros- great open space inside and out, adorable decor, hot tub, big yard for our dogs, comfortable beds, lots of seating at tables, grill was great, house and yard were very clean. Cons- a small chest to put unpacked clothes in the primary bedroom would have been nice., or even a luggage stand. We could have used a large platter or large salad bowl. Primary bedroom could use darkening shades due to streetlights outside. Overall a great property that we would rent again.

The Mission Rock House is a great property, especially for families. My family of four enjoyed the open concept and the backyard was really great, especially for our pup. The photos depict the property quite well and the management company was responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is ideal for getting around Fayetteville and is so close to the University. However, it should be noted that it is on a corner of a rather busy street and the traffic noise can be an issue. Otherwise, great stay!

Very nice rental. Great location. Host was very responsive and helpful.

The main issue was the washing machine, which was filthy and moldy. The whole reason we booked this place was that we needed a washer and dryer (mountainbiking). We also couldn't get anyone to clean it because it was a weekend. The management company dropped off cleaning supplies (there weren't any at the house) and basically left it up to us to TRY and get rid of the mold. It was awful. The house is on a very busy street and it wasn't completely furnished. Glassware and blankets had to be requested. Would not recommend or stay again.

This was a great little find for my hubby's birthday- our kids loved it and so did our four-legged fur baby! Everything we needed in the house- the neighborhood was a total vibe and the weather could not have been any more hospitable! Can't wait until the next visit!

All was great other than the internet being unavailable. AT&T cut the line so they had to have someone come and install a hot spot which they did quickly. Good service.

The house was great. Easy to get to and from places. Great backyard. It was exactly as pictured!

Great home for college graduation, big kitchen and family room open floor home that was perfect for pre- grad dinner, had a few issues with cleanliness as in pots dirty, fridge and need more pans and some things for the comfort of guests. Baths and bedrooms were big and near each other, caution 1 step step in hallway that is a bit dangerous for older guests. Super awesome comfortable beds and newly tiled baths with great showers. No hangers or dressers in bedrooms though and staff came by quickly with more nicer quality towels. Loved the house overall for the price wanted a few more stocked amenities included.

The house was very clean and well stocked. Photos were an accurate depiction of the house. The yard was fully fenced, which was nice with our dogs. The house is on a busy corner, so traffic was a little noisy. But if you are an early riser, this won't matter. The owner responded quickly when we had trouble connecting to wifi and we were connected quickly.

It was a beautiful home, in a great part of Fayetteville. Yard was perfect for a dog to run around and play! Very responsive to and and all requests during our stay. 10/10, would stay again! ☺️
