Nice and modern facility. Very clean and easy to use. Location is very close to the subway station and many restaurants.

There is a platform in the middle where you step in and down. It is a little unusual and I fell the first day. Once you get used to it it is ok. A little sign saying watch your stop somewhere may have helped.

Parking within the property. Lot of automated smart gadgets like water taps with sensors. Check-in process was highly automated.

A bit tight for six persons but was still very comfortable.

It is very pet friendly, but for a puppy I missed a proper outdoor area.

Not a very puppy friendly area to walk outside.

Property is like an AirBnB. Belongs to a pet lover. Monica was his cat. Like staying in someone's comfortable apartment. All the creature comforts of home at our disposal. A fully automated check-in experience means you can check-in anytime you like. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We checked in at about 9pm and accidentally turned off the water heating while turning on the heating for the rooms. Owner was able to provide us with clear instructions on how to turn it back on. There were other helpful hardcopy instructions in the home to explain how to operate various appliances in the house. There is a 24hr supermarket about 8min drive from the property with convenience stores located within walking distance.

The automated check-in experience may be a challenge to those who are less tech savvy, but for us it was seamless.

The environment is clean and very pleasant. The location is also great! Perfect!

My cat got under the sink and it was hard to get her out. Walso had to be careful, as the door of the living room gives direct access to the street.

Covered parking space in front of door. Easy access. Possibility for garbage recycling.

The atmosphere was stale and a bit humid. Traffic noise was well heard inside. Questions can be sent in English, but reply was always in Japanese. After few email payment was done by credit card via separate internet service.
