The entry/exit to the parking lot was laid out strange, but manageable

The area was perfect. But was by lots of food and places to go. Plus super close to Graceland if you’re doing that. It was also very clean and seemed well taken care of.

When we got to our room the heating was broken,but the staff came and fixed it pretty quickly.

The room was nice. Bathroom cleaned. Water was very hot.

When I first walked in the building, no one was at the front desk to check in. So I went to the restroom. When I came back, a guy was at the desk but before he started helping me he was having a conversation with someone in the back. And continued this conversation thru the whole check in process. No customer interaction at all.
