We loved the decor our room was amazing The staff were very attentive all the staff were polite and happy We just couldn’t fault any of our stay JoJo was amazing so helpful

There was nothing we disliked if I had to find one thing the free bottled water had too hight a sodium content for us but that wasn’t a problem we bought out own

Staff were fantastic - so attentive, accommodating and always greeted you with a smile. The food was delicious. The skis were placed on the piste every day and the staff in the ski store were exceptional.

The bed was two beds pushed together which made it uncomfortable at times. The outdoor hot tub wasn’t working. Parking at €25 a day is expensive and should be included.

Beds could have been softer

The hotel is super comfortable and rooms spacious. Communal areas a very high standard. Staff were exceptional. The team in the boot room should get a special shout out for their helpfulness and being super friendly. Skis are prepared in the morning and boots warmed up. Daughter loved the games room. Locational is fantastic.

If I was to nit pick it was hard to get vegetarian food (it is France) but the chef made a special effort to make sure we were catered for. The extra service was amazing.

The staff were incredible. Nothing was too much effort. The hotel and the facilities were also excellent. Even the food was very good. Would highly recommend and certainly plan on visiting again.

Hotel decoration was lovely and great location. Staff were super friendly, cleaners left some sweet treats each night which was a lovely touch. Ski hire team very helpful every morning and left boots nice and warm overnight.

Very surprised they didn’t leave a bottle of water each day for me and partner. Bar staff were short staffed from time to time which made waiting times longer than usual.

It was too hot and the breakfast was poor. For the price you pay I would expect fresh coffee not machines. More table service and less self service. When I politely suggested the scrambled eggs needed replacing as they were all dried up it was not taken well. Given the level of hotel I would have expected to have my eggs cooked fresh when ordered. The fresh fruit salad, jams and cereals were poor. I have had better croissants in the UK. On a positive note great boiled egg facility, bread was good and there was a smoked salmon offer.

Lovely new property, comfortable modern bedroom, wonderful staff, service was amazing. 2 good restaurants, the food was excellent!

Location and staff was perfect, i loved the ski in/out experience, easy access to everywhere to the extent the car we rented wasn't needed at all

Our room had two floors yet the 1 one would be provided only on the top floor which wasn’t convenient, shower doors need to be installed, room service menu was very small/limited, The breakfast needed more mending as the variates were limited
