This condo had everything that we needed. It was clean and well stocked. The view is amazing. We will definitely book here again.

Property is in great location with awesome views. The condo is pretty small and very basic. Sheets and towels were poor quality. Furniture is nice. Building is getting a little run down.

It started out great as the owner allowed us early check in at noon. However, when I pulled out the sofa bed ,as I would be sleeping there, it was full of crumbs ,hair ,and nail clippings. And the unit has no vacuum, and no broom closet. Fortunately I had access to one. The oven has no functioning exhaust ,so with such a large kitchen you can hardly cook without the front and balcony doors open. There is very little storage and no place to put your suitcases. Master closet is half filled with miscellaneous bedding. The owner has temperature controls in the unit so you cannot set the temperature as you wish. When we got in it was hot and stuffy, and didn’t cool down until the sundown. There were 3 electric plugs that didn’t work. Most significantly was the GFI in the kitchen and bathroom, that could not be reset. For the very high cleaning fee one would expect that there the property would be both cleaned and serviced. And now about the damage deposit that is actually an insurance policy not returned to the renter . Evolve does this to all guests ,and after calling Evolve, they advised me they aren’t allowed to call it an insurance policy… but it is one. I expect for the cost of the insurance policy “ winky face” and cleaning fee, that the owners would be alerted to any damage or cleaning issues prior to the each new guest arrival. Overall, this unit gives the appearance that it is fully updated, but when you are there you realize it is not.

My wife and I came down for our “baby moon” before our twins get here. It was perfect. Right on the beach so we could go sit and relax, and when she was ready we could come right back up. Close to all the shops and food made for a fun trip without overdoing it.

We’ve stayed at breakers many times and love the location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and grocery. The view from balcony is amazing!!

We had such a wonderful time the first time we stayed at this condo we decided to make this our annual anniversary trip! Perfect location, beautiful views and all the conveniences of home. Li (owner) went above and beyond with her communication and made our stay very comfortable. You can see sunrise and sunset from the balcony, it's doesn't get much better than that.

The room, view, and beach experience was awesome. There was one day of Tropical Storm Idalia, so that was not good. We were able to watch out our balcony window, so it was an experience. The location is walking distance to all we needed: grocery store, restaurants, and plenty of shops. I recommend this location for all couples!

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. The condo is in prime location with a great view. The balcony is perfect to catch the sunrise. Bed and sleeper soafer were comfortable and suited our needs with two young kids (under 10 yo). While there is only a small table we were able to manage breakfast. Bathroom seemed newly remodeled. Place was clean upon arrival with good amenities such as soap, towels and basic cooking supplies. Would recommend for a couple or family looking to be in a prime location

The rental was in a great location. So many things within walking distance. The view from the balcony was amazing. The rental is small but perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable. We did sleep a couple nights in the pullout to listen to the waves. It was a good thing we decided to because we found the missing remote for the cable. The only reason we didn't give it a perfect review is because we also found that under the pullout couch had not been cleaned. We also followed the directions for the washer/dryer and ended up taking home wet clothes because the machine would not dry our clothes after multiple attempts. Maintenance should look into it. Overall we liked our stay and would stay there again. We would definitely recommend it to friends.

We had a great stay as a family of 4. Condo is in prime location with great ocean views. The bed and sleeper soafer were comfortable and bathroom seemed newly remodeled. Walking distance to everything. Clean upon arrival with good amenities such as chairs, soap and basic cooking supplies. Would recommend for a couple or family with small kids

Pleasant space, well-equipped kitchen, pretty view, close to amenities. The only fault we could find was the property next door had outside workers which was noisy at times.

Great location, walking distance to Coligny with shops and dining options. The unit was clean, beach chairs were provided. The washer/dryer combo wasn't great at drying your clothes, but not a big deal. The view was amazing and is the biggest reason to book this condo!

Description was accurate. Refrigerator worked well, hairdryer in the bathroom, starter supplies provided. Parking was easy, across the street from Coligny plaza. Ocean view was top notch and the main reason to rent this unit.

Li was very accommodating with letting us check in 2 hours early. Fleeing hurricane Nicole only to bring it with us. Couldn't do much because of the weather. Hope to get back to HH so we can enjoy it.

The view was amazing. The condo was not as amazing. Front entrance door stuck was hard to open and close patio door was the same I had to use all my strength to open and close the patio door. I had to tighten the hinges on the front door to finally get it to open and close easy. Someone prior to my stay I'm assuming had to push the door open so hard that the door handle went through the wall and there was a big hole there. Also after lubricating the rollers on the sliding door I was able to open and close it

My husband and I have stayed at this condo about 2x, can never get used to the beautiful views of the ocean in the morning with the sun rising. At night can see the moon over the water. Can hear the music from Pool Bar Jim's and at Coligny Plaza from the Tiki Bar. They now have elevators which is a big help when having to go up to the 3rd floor. There is a security Guard, who was very polite and friendly. As many times as we have stayed there has never been any issues. The condo is very clean with everything you need from toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and some sand toys for the children. Bathroom has been remodeled and very nicely done. Plenty of space in the bedroom for you to unpack and store your clothes while there. A pull-out couch for second guess or kids, Full or possible small Queen bed in the main bedroom. Perfectly located just a walk over to Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants, some places have live music in the evening. We love coming to visit HHI and this is a great place to stay while on your trip! Highly recommend!

Condo was beautiful! Central to everything, able to walk to so many locations! Ocean front was great! Includes beach chairs and umbrella- perfect long weekend getaway! Would definitely stay again! Host is great to work with!

We had a great time at HH. The condo is comfortable. It is very hot this time of year in the low country so the AC was very nice. Pretty beaches. We had great food. Ate at Red Fish- have the Twix dessert♥️ Also ate at Gusto, Wise Guys, CQs and the Crazy Crab.

We don’t want to leave!!
My kids are so sad to be leaving this amazing property!! The views are outstanding!!! The location was fantastic!!! Accessible to everything (beach, pool, beach bars, stores, restaurants, all of Coligny!!!) Parking was easy, elevator is working (woohoo!), and the host was top tier on communication!!! Will return soon! So much left to do and explore!!!

Spectacular location and view as advertised
We chose this location specifically for the ocean front view and proximity to the beach. Both were as advertised. Property is steps from the beach and the full ocean view was amazing. The Breakers as well as the unit itself are not updated but we knew that going in. There is shopping, dining and entertainment right across the street. Our host was very communicative and professional.

Fantastic Last Minute 40th Bday Solo Trip
I planned a last minute trip to Hilton Head and stumbled across this condo on my search. I've never been to HHI before and this trip really gave me a great first impression. As far as the condo, the views were beautiful and the unit was very well kept and clean. The elevators weren't working just yet but I had no problem using the stairs. It helped me get my steps in. The area was perfect and very accessible to many places. Tons of great places to eat and things to do. Great walkability. Easy access to the beach. I didn't utilize the pool but saw that it was really nice. The unit was fully stocked with plenty of items to include kitchen utensils, linen, and even cleansers. The building is older so don't go in expecting it to be a brand new development. My expectations were met and I am already looking to book another stay here later this year. The owner was very helpful and the process of obtaining a parking decal and the entry code were easy. Oh, parking was always good as well! Some parks are covered and some are not. I have a large SUV and had no issues with the parking spaces. This is really a great unit and gives you everything you need while in the area. I had a great 40th Bday solo trip here and felt safe the entire time! Absolutely no issues. I can't wait to go back because some places were closed for the season during my stay. So I'll be sure to book when things are more open. This was truly a memorable stay!

Perfect place to stay, it happened to be a bit chilly but the views were heart warming and peaceful with awesome sunrises and sunsets from either a short walk to the beach or from the balcony! Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Beautiful Location
Nicely decorated condo, comfy bed, everything you need in the kitchen, lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Balcony has unobstructed view of beach and ocean a few steps away with beautiful dunes between you and it.
Easy contact with very pleasant rental agent. Elevators were not working yet so the third floor walk up is a little tough but they should be working very soon.
