Lovely apartment in a great location, very central. The apartment is very charming with kitchen, dining facilities and living room. A bottle of wine and some delicious cookies was a lovely welcome gift for our first night! A lovely place to relax at the end of a busy day walking around the local sights. Just remember to turn the hot water on!!

The location really good, The house is cozy and welcome with wine and biscuits. The host kindly told us that there is a Christmas market, and the children love it very much! also have some toys in the apartment, that is so sweet for the kids and family!

It is clean with good location. A lot of restaurants are close by.

There are no closets in the rooms and no towel hooks in the bathrooms.

Historic building, VERY easy walk to town center, bus and train stations. Lots of room for 6 people. Full apartment with everything you need. Highly recommended. Good price. Very amenable hosts. Not a modern accommodation - very "down-home", but we like that. Nice big kitchen, dining room, living room. VERY spacious.

Parking is a REAL problem in tourist season....ouch. Everything "uphill" to get to, but what ISN'T in Sintra?.....just be ready for it. Two flights of steps to get to unit. Should be clearer on Booking.

Location is unbeatable and owners were really nice. We couldn’t get tickets to the main attractions, so they suggested a few places to go. House is really beautiful and comfortable, it has Netflix and even toys which is great if you travel with kids. They even left a wine bottle and cookies as a welcome gift. We had dinner in the house every night, it has a great kitchen. Would love to stay again if I go back to Sintra!

The bed from the room next to the kitchen was very uncomfortable.

Good location and the palace was clean and renewed. Nice welcome to this wonderful city!

The pipes in the bathroom have a strong bad smell. We had to leave the bathroom door close and it helped. The smell is not a deal breaker, but definitely something to improve.

Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. We are on specific diet and it is important for us to be able to cook, we love the kitchen- nicely decorated and fully equipped, even salt, oil, sugar, pepper, tea, nespresso are provided. Need to go to grocery shop, it is only 10m from the apartment. We can even buy fish, egg etc. Internet is fast and with smart TV, my kids already feel at home. Location is super convenient, next to train station but no issue with noise, only sound from passersby & car for a while b4 nites sets in. Sintra is beautiful with lots of interesting places to visit. We are glad that we stayed 2 nites in Sintra, we can avoid the manic rush hour with all tourist arriving from Lisbon. If u r travelling with friends just Uber it from one place to another and the cost is reasonable. Waiting for the bus that is packed like sardines will make you exhausted. Save your energy to explore Sintra. Untuk orang Nusantara, Ada peluang bermalamlah disini, senang nak masak dan sangat selesa.

The apartment wasn't clean, it was very dusty and the kitchenware was stored in the cupboards dirty. We needed to wash the dishes and pans before using them and there is no dish washer in the apartment. We also had to wash the oven in the kitchen before using it. There was a lot of dust in the rooms and I have asthma and needed to use an inhaler a few times. During the first night we felt a itching sensation and woke up with red spots, we suspect that it was caused by bugs in the rooms and beds. Specially during a situation of pandemic, cleaning should be spot on and this is not acceptable. I do not recommend!

Super good location close to many "Sintra must do list". Parking was easy along upper street. A couple of convenient European stores and restaurants a block away. Chalet is good space and old style (wooden floors, etc). Next to train station in case needed.

Kitchen utensils are very basic, we normally stay in places where we can prepare meals. No soap or shampoos available. No TV channels available (we used our Netflix service), but don't take me wrong, it was a great place !!!

Hard to beat this place for size, location and price!! Positives outweigh the negatives for sure. Location was really good as far as train or bus services. The first floor apartment itself is really nice, tall ceilings, very bright but can be darkened out nicely. Minimal road noise for location, very surprised about that! Overall very happy with the stay!

No soap for showering, towels were old, tiny sinks with no place to put toiletries, Could have been a bit cleaner. To be fair I am super picky, almost OCD so I don't miss anything. I take care of a place like it's my own so I was always worried about getting water on the nice floors while washing up as well as showering. The shower is great but glass only goes half way so water naturally splashes out.

The location could not be better, it is next to the train station and in a quiet area. The apartment was safe & well-equipped. The beds were really comfy and the showers were amazing. And the little extras (like the teddy bear & toys) were an amazing touch, we loved our stay :)

I think that the picture of the kitchen is a tad misleading, as it is very small. If you like to cook all together, this will not be possible in this place. But, overall this was a small thing for us.
