The house was as it appeared in the pictures .The pool was great , had it heated and enjoyed it everyday , plenty of room for the 8 of us .

The description doesn't do justice. The house is amazing and incredibly spacious. Gary was extremely easy to communicate with, even leading up to our stay. Super clean, tons of beds, amazing pool, furnishings were great (kitchen ware, furniture, etc). 3 minute walk to the best ice cream shop around, and amazing Mexican restaurant. We plan to book again with Gary next year!

The one thing that attracted us to this place was the number of bathrooms and the two master suites!

This house is spacious, immaculately clean, and in a beautiful area of Gilbert. There is plenty of seating, super comfortable beds w/fans & TVs in all the bedrooms, and a kitchen in which it’s easy to cook. We enjoyed playing pool each day, and just lounging poolside in the very tidy backyard. The furniture in the great room also made it easy for all seven of our family members to gather and watch movies. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to our needs throughout the week. And we enjoyed the gracious use of the bikes housed in the garage. The area of Val Vista Lakes is perfect for biking around town due to the nice sidewalks and additional bike lanes. This was the perfect vacation spot and I highly recommend it to families needing plenty of space.

Beautifully designed w lots of beautiful spaces, clean & well kept
While Primary suite upstairs is stellar , all the bedrooms are sweet!
Kitchen has everything you need, the bikes are a fun bonus

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to house our family to celebrate a family milestone 80th birthday. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate so we could use the pool. The clubhouse pool was closed too so only had access to the clubhouse hot tub. Hot tub didn’t have proper step for our 80 year old so only went once.
Kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook family meals. Overall very nice house and stay.

This was the most well thought out place that I've ever stayed in. They had everything we could think to need, with labels on the outside of the drawers and cabinets to help you find it. The property itself was beautiful and clean. Would stay here again!

We stayed for a week and the home was wonderful! Gary was an excellent host and always available. The home is spotless and so tastefully appointed. Every bed was so comfortable and the linens were wonderful. The location was perfect too. Close to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk around. We will be back

This was a perfect home for family with some teenagers to stay at during a wedding over the weekend. Plenty of space, great pool, game area and huge kitchen. Would rent it again in a heartbeat!

I can’t say enough good about our stay in this home. The description of the house is accurate and Gary is the most responsive host we’ve ever encountered. We had 4 to 8 adults and three children staying during our month’s stay and there was plenty of room. The grandchildren lived in the heated pool (the10-year-old asked if he could rent the house for the rest of his life).
Having paper towels, laundry detergent, copious amounts of toilet paper, dishwasher detergents, a printer with paper, pool towels, many comfy couch throws, and various other items you’d need but not bring, made this a real dream to rent. There's even a second fridge. The main floor master is ideal for people who don’t want to take the stairs, and the master upstairs is huge. The mattresses are good. And yes, it's clean!
At the end of the block there’s a door in the wall that leads to a little strip mall. Handel’s Ice Cream, a dollar store, McDonalds, Einstein Bagel, and Rio Rico’s, a highly rated Mexican restaurant, are an easy walk away.

Great set up!
The house was laid out perfect for us. My elderly parents occupied the first floor master suite, my wife and I occupied the upstairs master suite, which still left plenty of room for the rest of the family. House had all the amenities needed. Back yard is small (it is Arizona) and, due to the time of the year, didn't get a lot of sun but we still enjoyed. We'd stay again.

Overall a Great experience! Very clean updated beautiful home! Large open kitchen and living room, and 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms. Everybody had their own room. The pool was a hit even in January. The pool side didn’t get much sun in the afternoon but it was still warm enough to swim. Walking distance to several places to eat, coffee, and Handels ice cream! Beautiful neighborhood for morning walks and runs. Grapefruit tree in the front yard was also a hit! Gary was very accommodating and answered any questions promptly, although everything you need to know is in the property book if you just read it. Had a blast here! Highly recommend.

The home is very well appointed, has everything you can possibly need and is super comfortable. Having a second master suite with walk in shower was just what I needed for my 87 year old mom. I especially loved the swing up table in the pool. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping, if you need/want to visit this area you can't go wrong. Host Gary was very nice and quick to respond to the few questions I had. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat.
