We wanted to escape for a few days to the NC mountains and this place was perfect. The condo is clean, cozy and affords a great view of the Grandfather Mountain. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals with the food we brought. John quickly replied and assisted us when we needed it. The only drawback was the very twisty road up the mountain - a steep ascent for someone like me who is unused to driving mountainous terrain! Otherwise, a perfectly enjoyable place to stay within a few minutes of picturesque Boone and Blowing Rock. Highly recommend!

Comfortable Stay!
We stayed in the area so our son could see real snow for the first time. This property was the perfect location! We were a short distance away from Beech Mountain (about 25 minutes) and our last day of the stay, when it rained and we couldn't revisit the mountain, we were a short distance away from local attractions.
The property had everything we needed and was the perfect amount of space for the three of us. Check-in was easy and the property owner was easy to communicate with. The balcony had absolutely gorgeous views.
As a sidenote, we enjoyed visiting Mystery Hill which was about a 20 minute drive from the property. Lots of activities to try out for both adults and younger children.

We had a great time staying here. The pictures are a true representation of the condo. Our host John was awesome. He messaged me the day before we were to arrive about the weather conditions that were being predicted and information regarding traveling on the road leading up to the condo. During our stay 12 plus inches of snow fell. John stayed in contact with us during our stay and even was able to update us that if we needed to stay another night the condo would be available. I look forward to visiting again.

Great place to stay, very quiet and peaceful area. Awesome views from the deck of the mountains as well as assorted wild life, such as Deer, chipmunk, and various birds. Property is centrally located between Boone and Grandfather Mountain.
