Had an absolutely incredible weekend at this insanely nice house. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

This property is absolutely perfect and spacious for large groups. It was peaceful, clean, and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The adults and children had the BEST time. We did not want to come home! We are already planning our next trip.

Ten years ago when our mother passed away, the six if us siblings and spouses decided to make a concerted effort to get together each year by renting a house for a few days to accommodate all of us. Emeral Cove significantly surpasses all of our other rentals thus far! The view is amazing...at sunrise, mid day and sun set! Some of us simply enjoyed to water view, while others dove in to the chilly May temperatures and others took the kayak out for a run around the lake. The location is also perfect for hiking, table games, movies, reading, etc. There was something for each of us to enjoy while we were there! The 5000 foot house has more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms to meet our needs and plenty of inside and outside places for us to gather in groups for reminiscing or for some time of solitude. The house is well appointed with every amenity imaginable, but the kitchen is especially well stocked, filled with all that one needs for cooking and grilling! Jessica patiently answered every question we had before arriving and proved to be the ideal host! We could not have asked for better. The six of us and our spouses left, determined that Emerald Cove will be a place we WILL gather again!

Beautiful! Great for family get-togethers or a gathering of good friends. House well-stocked with just about anything you might need. Host was very pleasant & very easy to work with. Would recommend highly!

This was the perfect place for our young married couple’s retreat. Our group of 16 had plenty of room to spread out or gather together as a group. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and had space for everyone to eat together. The beds were comfortable. The home included a huge assortment of activities that we thoroughly enjoyed. Being able to use the kayaks and paddle boards was amazing. Thank you, Jessica, for providing this wonderful retreat home. We loved every minute of our stay!

Non-summer rental. Lake was empty as expected, but the house was perfect. Plenty to keep the kids entertained. Close enough to get basic amenities and for day activities, but secluded enough to enjoy the peacefulness. House was as advertised, very nice. Return trip in the future.

This property was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! All of our needs were met and the accommodations were spectacular. This home offered all of the amenities that we needed. All of the guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We will definitely be back.

Jessica’s house is nothing short of incredible. The house is located in a quite area with one of the most beautiful view’s of Smith Lake. Large and open with every amenity you can imagine, the house comfortably accommodated our family of 17 with ease. Jessica thought of everything, as we not only enjoyed the peaceful, beautiful setting, but also everything else about the house, ranging from pool table, air hockey, fishing and the fire pit, which was a blast for the kids roasting marshmallows. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms/showers/kitchen very spacious and clean, as was everything else in the house. The only problem we had was we were not there long enough, just the weekend, which you really would want more time to enjoy Jessica’s beautiful place. We certainly look forward to a return trip and an extended stay next time around. Rob & Sheryl Ellis

The experience with this property was great. Check-in and communication with property management was outstanding. Definitely enough space with nice size rooms for everyone. The amenities including inventory of kitchen ware and other things were great. The kids enjoyed the tree house and being close to the water. We look forward to coming back.

This property was perfect. It had big enough spaces that we could gather all in one space but also other areas if you needed to get away. The kitchen was WELL stocked with what you would need to cook for a large group. The beds were comfortable, no bathroom waits.. truly perfect.

Property was as described and well supplied. Cell service and internet speeds are only negatives as stated in description but may be positives if you want to disconnect.

The home and lake were absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait to come back.

Great experience. House was fabulous. We hope to stay at at 82 Spruce again in the near future.

We just spent a long weekend at this beautiful house with our adult kids and grandkids. There were 18 of us and it was very comfortable. The house is clean and stocked with so many amenities. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Fire pit is great for gathering and S’mores. The kids loved the kayaks and paddle boats and fishing off the dock. Enough TVs and Living space to have more than one game playing on a Saturday afternoon. Porch’s overlooking lake had rockers and the upstairs deck has cozy swings to curl up in with a book. We normally do beach trips and this was a nice change and we had more time together with plenty to do onsite. We only left for a few groceries. One of our favorite getaways.

It is so hard to find a place under 1 roof for a large family. Everything about the house fit our needs. The location (great for kids swimming and kids fishing), interior (a bed for everyone), kitchen & eating (a seat for everyone and still space to spread out). Next time we will do a better job on our part with checkin times and check out times. Was difficult with families that flew in because we had to empty the car to take and then hurry home to grab our things so people flying in were stuck at airport for 3 hrs just to accommodate. But we'll do better next time. Just a lovely place and location on the lake was gorgeous. We were all thankful! We had a blast and make more lifetime memories to leave with littles!

We were here for 5 days with three families with 12 kids total, ranging from 2-11. This house was perfect. There is nothing lacking from space, toys, games, kayak, paddle boards, kitchen supplies, etc. The bigger kids loved the two bunk rooms and we had more than enough room for everyone. Our only suggestion is consider an ice maker, but a quick run to Dollar General for bags of ice is not a big inconvenience. We had one small plumbing issue during our stay and the host had it taken care of within a couple of hours! Couldn’t ask for a better house or setup - great house, great space, great lake and I hope we’ll be back again!

From check-in to check-out this place was perfect for us! Pier was a short walk, gated back porch perfect for alllll of our babies, plenty of amenities, short drive to town, not to mention gorgeous location, home and water!! Definitely a 10/10! Thank you guys!

This home could not have been more perfect for our group. We had 15 women and had plenty of space. We cooked meals at the home (any appliance you can think of was available). Loved the bar upstairs and cocktail shaker set. The lake was gorgeous and quiet, kayaks were a great addition, and the home was perfectly clean and stunningly decorated. Cannot speak highly enough! I will definitely be back. Thanks so much.

This was our second year at Emerald Cove and it was wonderful, just like our first year! Jessica is a wonderful hostess and the home/property can’t be beat! It was just a relaxing, fun weekend! The beds are all amazingly comfortable. All of the cousins hate leaving this beautiful place!

The house and property are beautiful. Cozy, yet spacious enough to find places to curl up with a good book. The lake view is stunning. (Hoping to return when it's warmer!) The wifi and cell service is a bit sparse but it's sorta nice if you are looking to really retreat from the hustle and bustle or everyday life. Will definitely book this home again!

This property is absolutely beautiful! We chose this home for the roominess and the view! My family and I went and enjoyed every minute. The inside is immaculate and the outside is beautiful. The owners were easily accessible and we hope to return to this wonderful home soon! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

This is a Great Lake House for large families!

This was an excellent property, true to the pics provided, modern and comfortable. We really appreciated them leaving their Kayak's out for us to use! We made a fire each night and with 3 floors, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out!
