What we liked: Nice location by the water. House is generally nice with full kitchen. False Advertising: At the time we booked, AC was listed multiple times as an amenity (I have screenshots of the original posting). There were no indications that parts of the house were not air conditioned. However, the home did NOT have central cooling, but instead had central heating. There were a couple of cooling units, one in the master bedroom & one in the living room. These only cooled the living area & master bedroom. 2 of the 3 bedrooms & both bathrooms did not have cooling, which made them too hot during the summer weather for our party. Undisclosed Rules: The host had a bunch of rules that were not disclosed to us when booking (including a rule that no shoes are to be worn in the house). They also expect you to do laundry. Before checking out in the AM, guests are required to not only throw towels & sheets in the washer, but they are asked to dry all towels too. We paid a lot for cleaning & the host asked us to do laundry, clean the kitchen, take out the trash, strip beds & more. When we texted to ask if laundry could be done by the host given we paid so much & we don't have time in the AM, the host replied "All you need to do is just get the towels to the dryer. Not fold them. And you can leave the dryer running when you leave. And just as a side note that [X amount] doesn't even cover what the cleaners get to clean the house. And those are the rules the owners put in place."

Beautiful home on the end of the street very close to the water, awesome deck on the side and back of the house with great views and Chris our house advisor was very friendly and helpfuk

My family spent the week here, and saw amazing sunrises and sunsets from the beautiful deck here! The home was extremely clean, and has everything you will need for your stay. The property manager was in contact at all times and very attentive to anything we needed. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay and this is a good base for seeing Long Island.

Cute and comfortable accommodations! We drove to the Hamptons (45mins) to go the the beaches there. Shirley beach is very close and nice w all the amenities.!

Wonderful home-clean, cozy, well appointed. Easy checking and out. Chris was available but not intrusive.

The property was perfect - close to the city but miles away! We shopped in charming towns on both the north and south shores of LI. The house was immaculate - perfectly stocked kitchen - comfortable beds - and the property manager just wonderful - he was attentive from start to finish.

Excellent, would recommend and will definitely stay again.
