This was a wonderful return to the "real" beach. My husband and I typically take our grandgirls to the beach each year and for the past two years we have made do with summer trips to the different areas. At the end of last year's trip one of the granddaughters said it is time to go back to the "real" beach. What a great reunion we had in the Oleander Too! The property accommodated our group of 7 girls well. We love to cook and eat together, and the kitchen supplies easily allowed this. The bedrooms were situated nicely so that the older girls had space and the younger girls felt comfortable in the bunk beds. The washer and dryer allowed our group to clean as we went. The property is located one block from the beach access. The property provided beach chairs and a nice wagon to carry the chairs to the beach (by Wednesday everyone took their own chairs). The open area below the apartment was a perfect place for all to laugh and share great memories, in addition to make plans for returns to the "real" beach. The property is conveniently located close to Thomas Donuts and to the Carousel grocery. It is also a very quick trip to two large grocery stores. The Oleander Too is smartly decorated and welcoming. Lisa checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We truly enjoyed our return to Haven Beach Properties. We will be back.

Like home, away from home! Everything you need for your vacation, from the accommodations, to the neighborhood, and the nearby stores, and the beach! We enjoyed our family stay, will recommend!

Oleander Too was great! David and Lisa were so helpful with helping me decide which house I wanted to choose, and we made the right decision! Everything was perfect and as it should be--even little thoughtful things like having a phone charging outlet on the nightstands. We didn't bring kids, but there were even popsicles in the freezer. Clean, organized, stocked, and decorated so cute! The location can't be beat--I could walk to the beach barefooted in about 3 minutes. You have to drive to restaurants and such, but the beach was the reason I was there so I preferred the quieter end of PCB at Laguna Beach to condos and crowds. I don't want to fight for a spot on the beach, fight for parking, fight for an elevator, so this place was perfect! My ONE & ONLY suggestion would be a laminated instruction sheet for the TVs. I didn't care but my friend tried like heck to figure out the one in the living room and never did. Fine by me cuz I don't watch when I'm on vacation, and the friends ended up watching one of the provided movies. I will definitely rent from David and Lisa again when I come back to PCB! Also beach chairs, outdoor shower, plenty of outdoor furniture, outdoor water hose for washing chairs, decent size driveway, bags game boards, a nice deck with a picnic table for eating outside--everything we needed! Thanks for a great vacay!

My rental friends, there is always a dirty ceiling filter, fan, crusty food between counter and stove or rug by the toilet that doesn't get washed between guests. You know what I mean... None of that here and you are just one text away from any needed whim. White powdery re-nourished beaches await. Not many of those left!

Lisa and David are so kind and considerate. They responded immediately to any request. Oleander Too was the cleanest and best maintained property I have ever rented. And the decor was so “beachy” beautiful without being overdone. The small touches just top off the perfection of the home. And it is only a block from the public access!

What a wonderful home and neighborhood! Soooo close to the beach and we loved the covered parking to keep the car cool in the summer sun. Cheerfully decorated and perfectly designed with families in mind. Loved the additional bunks in the master bedroom so our little-one could be in the room at night but not sharing our bed. The owners have thought of everything you could need and the kitchen is very well equipped. The deck had Gulf views and perfect vantage point for watching the sun set while grilling dinner. So many great family memories….. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a great place for my family of 5 to stay at. The owners were super helpful and was very responsive to any questions we had. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, and floats. This trip was perfect thanks to Lisa and david!!

Can't wait to come back to Oleander Too! It's our new favorite beach house. Haven Beach Rentals was so great to work with, we really felt like they cared about our trip. They made everything perfect for us. The grandkids loved all the beach toys ,bunk beds, and having their very own TV. Don't hesitate booking this property.

The family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and spacious enough for our family of eight. The host was very polite and and thoughtful. It couldn't have been better.

Owners are exceptional and are close by if needed. The property was very nice and perfect for our family vacation. Short walk to the beach and they provide beach accessories. The house was stocked with almost anything you could need.

My family had a great time at Oleander Too! The house was the perfect size for our group (four adults + two kids) and the parking was SO convenient. The house is a very short walk to two public access points but there was also parking at the public beach access which is helpful if you’re packing a lot! One complaint we had was that the decorative comforters + shams were to be removed from all the beds and replaced with other provided blankets for actual use. It wasn’t a big deal, we’ve just never experienced that request before. Lisa was absolutely one of the most helpful & responsive hosts we’ve ever had!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Panama City Beach! It is very close to the beach - a very quick walk. The house is absolutely adorable and very well laid out. Everything we needed in the kitchen is provided. We were able to spend a lot of time out on the porch which has a picnic table and lots of seating. There are boogie boards, floats, and sand toys to take down to the beach. This was our first time visiting the area and we would definitely stay here again when we return!

Loved our stay here! Everything was clean and nicely decorated, plenty of space for everyone, all kinds of beach toys/supplies available for use, and great communication/response time with Lisa and David!

This property was wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach. We had problems with the cable in one bedroom. The property owner was so nice and worked Very hard until it was fixed. I would highly recommend this property.

Great property had a wonderful time.

This was our first time staying in Laguna Beach, just west of Panama City Beach. The beach was not crowded at all (not sure if that is the norm or thanks to Covid-19), but it was great to not be sitting right on top of another family. The house was extremely clean and is located just a short walk to the beach (2 minutes). The beach does not have a company that already has chairs set up that you can rent, so you have to arrange your own if you don't want to carry some to the beach daily. There are several companies to chose from, but we went with Emerald Surf Water Sports (Rob) - he has the lounge chairs w/ table & umbrella. Several other groups were using Dillion's Beach Service, but they have the chairs that I think are uncomfortable. FYI, if you want the chairs for the first day at the beach, call ahead and make a reservation. The home owners are great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

The house is exactly as listed, perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood with a two minute walk to the beach. All kinds of beach chairs, beach tent and gear provided and a wagon to cart it all over to the beach. Lisa was great, checked in frequently and responded very quickly the couple of times we had questions. Great stay, highly recommend!

Excellent use of space, comfortable, well decorated, all details thought of ahead by owners. Our kids loved the bunk room off the kitchen but also loved that if they needed to they could sleep in the bunks built-in the master as well. Loved everything about this place and owners very attentive. Will rent from them again! Also, area is residential and quiet with lots of families and mix of vacationers and locals. Gives it a great vibe!

First, I have to say that the property is well attended and clean. Everything you could ask for. Second, and most importantly, the owners, David and Lisa, are probably the best property managers I have ever rented from. My wife and I regularly rent cabins from different areas and I have to say that these owners have been the most personable I have ever talked to. For that factor alone, this rental would receive a 5 Star rating.

My stay couldn't have been much better--the property was everything I expected and Lisa and Dave were great! Any time i needed anything they responded very quickly-- Dave changed the lock and we had a great chat while doing it--Lisa responded quickly to anything i had questions about or needed--totally enjoyed my stay-- Lisa and Dave were great -- hope you had a great cruise by the way! The Oleander Too was even better than described. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to relax, and in the case of our 3 daughters, plenty of room to be separate when they wanted a break. More than enough kitchen utensils and gadgets, along with a charcoal grill, made it easy to eat at home when we didn't want to get out. The owners were very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again as soon as we can get back.

David and Lisa were attentive hosts who checked in with us periodically throughout the week to ensure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We received their lovely home as advertised and had more than we needed. Their home is a place we felt comfortable, cozy, and right at home. The beach is a short walking distance my wife and I managed with three kids easily thanks to the property having a beach cart to tow umbrellas, beach toys, towels, snacks, water, etc. Their home really was a wonderful beach cottage where my family and I created great memories. My husband and I had an amazing stay at Oleander Too. Short walk to the ocean and the beach was so empty. Quiet and peaceful and the chairs and equipment provided we had all we needed. One morning we found so many beautiful shells. We have never seen that many beautiful shells including the ones we have found at St. Andrews Park. We stay in and cook and everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. We felt at home and would highly recommend to all our friends!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our week at Oleander Too! This is such a nice comfortable place to be. We enjoyed the location of this beautiful beach home away from home! It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. The owners took extra little steps to make sure your stay is the best! It’s comfy and most relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay so much and will be staying again in one of their rentals. Lisa was down to earth and greeted us when we arrived. The home was neat and clean. One of my best weeks ever! I highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing vacation rental!
