Everything was as advertised. Sabrina was there for all calls and emails. The property/house was everything as advertised. Extremely clean and beautiful. Location to everything we needed was a short walk. Will 100% be a returning customer for stays at 1 of her properties! Thanks again Sabrina for everything.

Our family of 3 loved this cozy duplex with its modern finishes, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. We walked to the beach every day (sometimes more than once), and we enjoyed cooling off/relaxing in the canal-view pool between beach trips and other excursions. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood that’s within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and a short drive to shops and grocery stores. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and hosts kept us informed of everything we needed to know. Would definitely stay again!

This was our first visit to Fort Lauderdale. The Cozy Duplex was a great location. Short walk to the beach and downtown. Quiet area. Excellent place for boat owners. The canal was a beautiful view.
Sabrina was an excellent host. She is always available and accommodating!

This was a nice home and would have gave it a 5 star if it wasnt for the pool. We couldn't swim in it for three days, and only staying 4. and the pool was the main reason we got it. My stay was then shortened,as i received some horific news that my son and 3 other's had been murdered. Was really bummed about spending that kind of money, and never got to enjoy the pool. No compinsation or anything. The pool was why we wanted this home.

This property was perfect! The duplex itself was beautiful! The pool and being on the end of the canal made the views breathtaking and the location was so close to everything we wanted. Sabrina was quick to get back to us with any issues that we had. It was a fabulous vacation!

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Just a small glitch with the pool. The property manager addressed the issue right away. Was a perfect location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very happy and we had a great time. Can’t wait for the next getaway!!!

Property description is spot on. Location is great - very close to the beach, but not so close that you have the foot traffic on your doorstep. Very responsive and pleasant management. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our week! It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The duplex was clean and had everything we needed. The host answered our questions in a timely manner. Even though it was spring break time, the neighborhood was quiet.

We were very comfortable in this vacation rental. Recent upgrades were nice, parking was easy, pool was great, and the location was wonderful. The area is quiet, and we really enjoyed the closeness to the beach and to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea. Also, it's a short drive to Fort Lauderdale and nearby parks, museums, etc.

We were within walking distance to the great Lauderdale by the Sea beach and restaurant area but far enough away that we were on a secluded street - great patio area with pool and the canal.

We loved staying at this beautiful recently renovated duplex on the water. It was bright with a lot of windows and tastefully decorated and walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. Sabrina was very responsive and kind and will definitely visit again.

We really enjoyed this property. Updated and clean. Beds very comfy and having 2 full baths was a big plus. The kitchen is small but worked fine for us. We used the pool every day. Loved being able to walk to the beach and into town for shopping and dining.

Two week stay and first time using VRBO!
We have vacationed in LBTS for years (as my husband was raised here) usually on El Mar. Agree with previous postings regarding this property/location. The backyard was the HIT here.... Just Gorgeous. Sabrina was awesome...Some tiny recommendations for improvement to get five star review:
Replace shower curtain in Master bath as it was ripped
Replace the missing toilet paper roller in second bath
Replace missing light bulbs
Label remote for fan/ceiling light over dining table
Overall, our stay was WONDERFUL....It was nice to spread out in a home. We meet the nicest neighbors from Wisconsin, Sweden and Buffalo....LBTS, itself, is small and walkable to shops and restaurants. That is why we prefer to stay here.

The stay overall was good, the location we loved. It wasn’t our usual area of town, but we had a good time and it was easy to get around. The property wasn’t bad, I think it could use some updates to be worth the price we paid, but Sabrina was easy to get ahold of and always nice when communicating.

The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The rooms however could use some updating, that being said, it was a little pricey. Family celebration
Loved this little gem. Perfect for family celebration of daughter’s law school graduation. Walking distance to the beach and the square in LBTS Clean and quiet and lounging by the pool with view of canal ....so relaxing. Thank you for WONDERFUL experience Sabrina and your amazing hospitality.

The property is located in a very safe neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach & the local restaurants/bars. A couple of minor disappointments: No bathroom wash cloths were available & outdoor patio chairs were worn/rusted. Overall our stay was very pleasant.
