We were very happy with the property. There was a Amal issue with some left over trash when we first checked in, but I reported it and got a pretty immediate response. The home was very well kept and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Very quiet neighborhood setting perfect for relaxing with large pool/waterslides/splash pad for fun!

So to start from the top, the check in process is NOT ideal. Look out for an email that will come from a company other than VRBO asking you to e-sign your contract before getting check-in details. I did not see this email and there was a slight delay in communication with the owner when reaching out, but was handled efficiently when we did connect. When I arrived at the gate my fiancé was in a separate car and I was told he couldn’t get in because he was not registered. However, there weren’t clear instructions that I had to register him, VRBO simply asks how many adults and kids. In any event if you have more than one car coming to the property let the owner know in advance as they will need to be added to the properties registry. This process had us waiting pulled over by the gate for a good 30 min while we called and texted the property owners. Once we got through that process the rest of the stay was comfortable. This home is conveniently located next to everything, dining, retail, Walmart super center, and Disney parks. I can honestly say that I was extremely pleased that I could take a short 3 min ride to Walmart to grab anything that we needed including food for the week, and get to the Disney parks in 8-13 minutes depending on traffic. The home was comfortable and spacious enough for my 2 big kids and infant to have their own spaces. My son enjoyed the pool and the Disney themed room. The master bedroom bed was relaxing with great light. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, eating and cooking utensils. Do make sure you get paper towels and toilet tissue. They only provide you with a complimentary roll in each bathroom. Which we blew through in 2 days. We did not utilize the clubhouse pool area as we were busy with a cheer comp but it looked very nice. The house is not located really close to it and with my kids, infant, and gear I would have definitely driven to that area as it’s closest to the front gate entrance. However, it is quite walkable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again for competition season next year.

I've stayed here every year for the last 3 years they have great places ans lots to do with kids at resorts.

We were comfortable but it seemed as though the office only answered our calls the first day and that was it. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone to ask some general questions and left a vm but never got a call back. Some of the things need updates especially the little pool area. The floor was even on the siding. The filter area was not cleaned on the second level by the washer and dryer and some of the furniture need a little love to fix up. The bathroom fixtures are loose in the master bedroom and feels like it will fall if you tug up the piece to start the shower. Outside of those little things we had a good time

Place was nice but needs thorough deep cleaning, when it rains water comes in from the top of sliding doors causing water to get inside and under the furniture. Hope they fix water problems so we can come back soon. Kids loved the water park(especially the water slides) and arcade. Place is conveniently close to stores and restaurants.

Spacious accommodations and somewhat secluded. The pool lanai is opened on two sides (screens) making it feel larger and pretty view of green space. We had a family of Sand Cranes in the field next to the TH and once it rained a flock of Roseate Spoonbill showed up! We love the Windsor Hill resort feel and it’s very safe. Convenient to the Disney parks and area shops and restaurants.

The process to book, the emails that followed and the app were so easy to use and very informative.Many years ago we stayed in Windsor Hills so we knew the area was close to Disney and close to everything you would need for a stay. We went to the Walmart that was very close to Windsor Hills and could shop for everything we need. However there is a Target and Publix close by as well.The property was exactly as pictured and described and worked out so well for our trip. The touwnhouse was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The best feature was the pool area. Since it was an end unit, it was nice to have a screen facing the open area instead of a yellow wall. It made the space feel so much bigger. It was also nice to have the pool after hot days at the theme parks.We did have one issue and had to put in a maintenance request and the property management company fixed very quickly. I was very impressed with the ease to submit the request and the speed in which it was resolved. I will be booking future stays with these owners as they have multiple options from townhomes to houses in Windsor Hills. We also enjoyed the resort pool one day and would recommend spending some time there as well.Thanks for a great stay!!!

We absolutely loved being able to have our coffee out by the pool in the morning and that our son could easily swim ten times a day (he’s 7 and well it’s easier to not have to pack up to the big pool each time) when ever he wanted to.

Our townhome had a private pool which we paid for it to be heated and it didn’t seem very heated. We contacted their costumer service and she said it was turned on and that it was only heated to 82 degrees. I guess I didn’t realize that was still cool since other heated pools we’ve been in were close to bath water temperature. The house was great, loved that the kids bedroom had a bed with rails for my 2 year old. Some items that would have made our visit better would have been better pillows (they were all flat), sharp kitchen knives...I couldn’t even slice an apple with any they had, and some cooking essentials like cooking spray or aluminum foil would have been nice. We also saw a roach in the upstairs kids bedroom the day we checked out.

It was clean but the floor around the dining table was a little sticky. The washing machine uses HE detergent. Buy the right kind. We could not figure out how to get local TV. The wifi password on the app was incorrect but was right in the notebook on the coffee table in the living room.
