Very clean and well maintained property! The room was huge and super comfy. The bathroom was shared with 5 other rooms. Although I didn't experience any problem because of that.

It wasn't mentioned that the room doesn't have private bathroom before booking. It was shared with 5 other rooms. So be careful before you book depending on your preference. The location is quite far (1 hour from bus) from the city centre. And no early buses (earliest was at 10:30 am) on Sundays 😕

I can only recommend! Probably one of the cleanest places I have every stayed at. Everyone was extremely nice and they accomodated my modified check-in time when my appointments in Cologne got a bit mixed up. This place is now my new favorite go-to accommodation for when I have to go to Cologne!!

Rooms were clean, easy accessible, good facilities. Really glad with the single beds, perfect for a group of friends.

Didn't expect I had to bring my own towels. That isn't mentioned clearly on the page. Lucky we had a solution, but would have preferred to know up front.

The old man was very rude during check out, he just tell us that this is your room,when we use the fridge the lid/door of ice portion was a little bit already broken,even we did not use ice portion. We checked in at about 3 pm the next day at about 10 am he did not allow my wife to sleep even,said get out the room ,my wife was alone there,i was in bonn,i told that I come and then we shall leave. On my arrival he said " you broke ice portion door,you have to pay extra,you stayed till 12 am pay again extra 20 € ." This is a very rude behaviour from landlord's father. He just want to earn some extra money by blackmailing the guests without informing his daughter who was actual owner of the room. this is why he knowed at 10' o clock when my wife was alone there. How can you mistreat your guests. Although I gave only 10€ extra but it is not acceptable at all such a cheap behavoiur , when a lady is alone in the room and you come and says get out of the room. We never faced such a situation ever before. Really disappointed

Nothing, as booked a room with single(double sized bed ) but what we got two small seprate beds, how a couple can manage to sleep together.

Bathroom don't have a door only curtain and you have to keep things in front to let know other people that you are inside.
