We had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and very comfortable. The beds were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was ideal. Beach club was also a plus. I also loved having a washer and dryer to keep towels and swim suits clean and dry. Highly recommend.

Overall it was a nice and clean condo in a great location. Could use some blinds on the front door.

We stayed here with two other couples and we were all very comfortable here. We loved everything about the house and property. We especially enjoyed the down stairs area with the table and chairs. We also enjoyed the passes to the pool. We definitely would rent this place again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo! From the moment I booked it, any questions or concerns I had were met with a prompt and super friendly response. The unit was spotless and very well-equipped. (The one and only small negative was the lack of lamps in the living area- there were only overhead lights, which are quite bright. We borrowed two small Christmas trees from the closet and used those for lamps and that made it nice and cozy.) We would definitely stay here again as the location was just perfect for just about any activity and the hosts were excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is immaculate. We spent our week beach hopping and this property was perfectly located to run up or down the islands. It was myself, my husband and our 2 adult sons. Everything we needed was already thought about by the hosts. Thank you for helping make our celebration week so enjoyable!!

I miss it already! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There were 5 of us….we enjoyed every day there and would come back in a heartbeat 💓 The location is perfect right in the middle of the Keys so anything we wanted to do was a quick trip away. There is a lot to do in Marathon. We really enjoyed the bikes and the heated pool at the Gunz beach resort which was across the street. Wonderful hosts, fabulous accommodations!!

This property was beautiful. It was a great week to get away for the holidays. It was a perfect location for us in the middle of the keys to travel to the islands.

We really enjoyed our stay at your VRBO. It was very clean and updated and beautifully decorated and in a perfect place at Key Colony. I am a very very picky person about where I stay, and I was very happy and pleased that we chose this place to rent for the week. This was our very first time to visit the Florida Keys. It was a perfect place for me, my husband, and my 27 year old son and 24 year old daughter. We all enjoyed our stay here. The owners supplied much of what we needed for our stay which was very thoughtful and so helpful for our stay. Everything was clean and laid out so nicely, and everything was very easy to find and organized, especially in the kitchen. The furnishings and materials selection in the house were of high quality. All the decor was fantastic. It was also such a nice benefit to have them provide passes to Glunz beach resort right down the street where we all were able to thoroughly enjoy the beach (most especially at sunrise), cornhole games, and even the gym there with a treadmill and other equipment with a beautiful view. It was also so nice to have the owners supply 2 bikes for us to use which allowed 2 of us to bike through Key Colony and even catch sunsets at nearby Sunset Park. Plus the location of the VRBO was perfect for us to drive to nearby Key West, Smather’s Beach, Bahia Honda and Sombrero Beach, etc. , and we were very close to many nice restaurants as well. My sister and nephew who were renting a different VRBO nearby and were also impressed with the home when they came to visit us occasionally during the week. My sister even said she would like to rent this place next time they return to the Keys… a she is as picky as me! We definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family if they are planning to getaway to the Keys. We give this place 5 stars!!! Beautiful home in a beautiful place. Everything was perfect.

Great place for our family of six. Water pressure in showers was super, kitchen appliances were perfect and layout worked well for our family. The washer and dryer were a bonus to wash / dry clothes as needed and wash/dry our beach towels every night.

The house was very nice and centrally located to explore Marathon on the Keys. We cooked a couple meals and the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. We enjoyed being able to use the bikes and the nearby pool club, although they could not allow us to use kayaks there. A second key to the front door would have been useful, but overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this property to others.

We had a fantastic time at this Key Colony Beach property! The central location in the Keys made it convenient to experience what each island had to offer. Everything we needed for a perfect vacation could be found in this property. The house is beautiful with top of the line furnishings. Preparing meals was easy and convenient in the well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the benefits of the patio area including the grill and games. The bikes and passes to the beach club we an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

This house could hardly be any better for us. We had six family members and it worked well for what we needed. The only and small issue is that the location of family style beaches needs to be planned for ahead of time. These do exists in and around Colony Key, just use the Web to find them. Some beaches/parks do have a fee. My choices are: 1.Curry Hammock State Park, 2.Coco Plum, 3.Sombrero Beach, 4.Bahia Honda State Park. The owners do provide passes to a beach at the Glunz Beach resort.

The house and location were great. Loved the beach club and a ice comfortable neighborhood to stay in. Plenty of room. Very comfortable!

I cannot say enough about this property. It is obviously new and the owners were intent on making our stay wonderful. The location is perfect, the house was well stocked and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely return to this house for future vacations!

Amazing location in Key Colony Beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood but still minutes from everything in Marathon. The property is brand new with top of the line finishings. Plenty of room for our family of four. The outdoor area underneath the house adds a lot of extra outdoor living space to relax, grill and have our young kids run around. The included passes to the beach club were also a big bonus. Short walk to use the pool and beach. Property owners were extremely helpful and responsive. Overall great property and experience. We'll be back soon.
