breakfast is not many choice

Very friendly staff at the reception desk which did their absolute best to explain everything at check in. The room itself was spacious and very clean; so was the bathroom. We had booked breakfast with our stay which was also very good with a lot of choice between Asian/Japanese and Western food. Location was very close to the airport which made it easily acessible by foot.

The beds were not comfortable as they were a bit to hard for our liking.

I like that there was a restaurant inside so we could eat breakfast before the morning of the flight back home. I also liked that there was Sky rental car services located beside it so my husband and I could rent a car. All of the toiletries and accessories we needed for hygiene were always located downstairs as well as some refreshments. It was raining everyday but the pool was really nice, a bit tiny though.

The drain in the bathroom smelled horrific as well as the drain beside the pool. There were bugs, I’m not even sure what kind they were. On one occasion we tried to eat at the hotel restaurant and they said it was for the elderly chatter bus people only.

Location is excellent. The information on the TV is really helpful and could switch to English. A staff gave us a room upgrade 💯💯💯

Breakfast could be improved. I’m quite surprised there’s no pancakes. A gym could be a good addition too!

There wasn’t any entertainment on the TV. Like rental movies, Netflix or even YouTube. There were days when those were needed due to bad weather outside.
