Cabin was excellent. Beautiful place and plenty of room for entire family of 11. The vaulted ceiling with beautiful windows was breath taking. Each of the bedrooms was extremely large with its own bathroom, shower and tub with the exception of one bedroom that had 4 bunkbeds with no bath. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only drawback, as I see it, is the expectation of performing house cleaning duties before we checked out. After a week of fun and fellowship, and then trying to get everyone packed up and ready to leave, the last thing we wanted to do was sweep, clean dishes and wash dirty towels. . I would have thought that the separate charge of $400.00 for house cleaning would have included these housecleaning duties. We definitely left he facility as clean or cleaner than when we arrived and even paid an additional tip to the maid when we left. But, other than that, we would not hesitate to go back for another stay.

It was perfect accommodating all 18 of us in a comfortable way. We had a couple of issues, but the owners were available and they took care of it very promptly! Very nice people. I highly recommend their rental

Me and my family have been doing Christmas in Broken Bow for the last 4 years and we stay in a different cabin every year. We will definitely be booking with Mr. and Mrs. Ames again next year The Rustic was absolutely awesome.

The cabin was beautiful, spacious!!!! Other downside was the refrigerator wouldn’t cool down our food fast enough for our stay . The freezer wouldn’t freeze the popsicles for the kids throughout our stay which it’s for the weekend. Talked to the owner about it and he recommended to put the drinks in coolers!!!!

For 13 family members, it couldn't have been located in a more convenient geographical location, near camping, boating, hiking, and eating. Property had all the amenities you could wish for, including an incredibly fully equipped kitchen. We most likely will be back.

For 13 family members, it couldn't have been located in a more convenient geographical location, near camping, boating, hiking, and eating. Property had all the amenities you could wish for, including an incredibly fully equipped kitchen. We most likely will be back.

The cabin and entire property far exceeded our expectations. I can’t say enough about how nice the cabin is and how clean, inviting and comfortable it was. Not to mention the quality of the construction and layout, beautiful comfortable furniture throughout, and an outstanding kitchen. We also loved the setup of the living room with the large couch sectional and the cozy fireplace with the TV above it. Fire pit and hot tub were also very enjoyable. I’m pretty particular and I can’t say one negative thing about this awesome place

We loved the spacious bedroom/bathrooms and living spaces in this cabin. Lots of square footage and big furniture and kitchen. The wrap around porch was perfect. Beds were comfortable and we loved the decor. The location is remote, yet in a "neighborhood." There was access by car to restaurants, grocery stores, etc., which was great. If you love to walk, run, etc. you will love this location! There were a few things that could be improved upon one of which is no easy bathroom access in bunk rooms upstairs. If someone needed to go to bathroom in the middle of night, there was none available without going through someone else's bedroom. Also, if you do much cooking, the microwave is located VERY HIGH in the kitchen. The kitchen trash was located next to the dishwasher and we struggled with the fact we couldn't open the trash when we were loading dishwasher, etc. While it was awesome to be out in the wild, if you need good internet access you should expect some difficulty. Several of our guests had to work while at the property and the service was sketchy. We weren't able to connect at times, etc. We loved the cabin and it is truly a beautiful property. The memories we made there will be etched in all of our lives forever. We would highly recommend!
