Great location. Nice view of beach!

Great location, easy access to all things nearby.

The property was exactly what we were looking for, comfort, clean & convenient. Only issue was the kitchen light. Property manager handled it promptly.

The location was great with walkable restaurants nearby. Beach wasn't crowded and pool was enjoyable the couple of times we went. Kitchen was pretty well stocked for our needs. The unit itself was the aggravation point of the trip. Overall, this unit needs a reinvestment by the owners as there are multiple issues across it that were quite aggravating to experience and maneuver around. A very deep clean needs to be done! - All the air vents are covered in dust/rust/maybe some mold; outlets across the unit do not hold a plug; master shower tile is simply not clean; very little lighting (which is odd) besides dining light; floors were not clean across entire unit (heavy dust under beds); first bath shower stopper had to be replaced so we were without a second shower for 3 days (property manager did assist well, but why was this not known prior?); master bedroom air supply didn't work well, room stayed hot hence the small fan they leave for you; front door and sliding door are not sealed (you can see through to exterior floors which explains previous comments on some bugs that ventured in - we did have one large spider show up); second bath fan doesn't work I wouldn't recommend staying here until it's been cleaned and updated. The owners need to have a better eye on their property and its overall state or take it off as a rental. It was very aggravating to have to ask why the floors are dirty, maneuver around issues, dealing with no second shower for 3 days.

Easy to use app, didn't have to worry about carrying a key everywhere. Had plenty of room. Everything was clean. Perfect views from the balcony porch. Very short walk down the nice path to the beach. Plenty of room to stash our boards in the room. Couldn't have asked for a better location! Will definitely come back! Pool was perfectly clean as was entire property.

Nice to have a privet beach. It's close to anything you would need or want to do. Has all the appliances you would need.. If we had any question, management was right on it. Very helpful. All round great place for family. Great to walk to the beach and not cross the road.

There were a few things with the rental that was frustrating at times (couldn’t get a lot of electrical outlets to work, no ceiling lights in rooms, some lamps weren’t working, shades on windows kept falling off when opening and shutting them, and my daughters twin bed had to have everything removed and wash before she could sleep on it because it smelled like urine). Unit was in a great location, easy keyless entry for everyone, lots of beach toys to keep kids entertained, I feel like the unit could be upgraded a bit, but I would most likely stay there again.

Restaurants and stores are very close by some in walking distance right off of fourth Street. The maintenance company (Steve) was very helpful to work with. Suggestions would be new towels, cleaning items such as brooms and mops, and locks on all doors are needing to be replaced. We would definitely choose this location again!

The kids loved walking right off the beach and to the pool. The unit is nice and clean. A/C worked great which was nice as it was in the 90's everyday. Furniture was nice and beds were comfortable. Suggestion - get rid of the carpets in the bedrooms and replace the balcony furniture with high top chair and tables so that you can see the beautiful ocean views over the railing. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to stay.

Shower curtain was so dirty with soap scum and mildew. Walk in shower needed mildew scrubbed off. When we vacuumed the floor it was obvious they never empty the vacuum. This is a beautiful condo but there’s no inspection follow up after the cleaning crew.

When I told them about the bugs they sent someone to check and make sure. Then I got an email that stated please leave and you will be refunded your money let us know when you are out. I asked if I can help us find a place. Their response was "We don't have anything available." Let us know when you are out of the condo. I had to scramble to get somewhere to stay as we were 14 hours away from our home for vacation. I found something finally. It was real stressful and no empathy for there client. I will not rent from them again.

Great condo! Right on the beach with amazing ocean front views. Across the street and down a block or two was a cool food truck and some cute beach restaurants. Some past guests left some noodles and boogie boards but we brought our own. Kitchen was great size and well stocked. Bedrooms were awesomely spaced out and private. No pull out sofa in the living room but the loveseat reclined fully that could almost be a bed. The beach was great. Easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. Parking was a little tough but some people parked in the grassy area in front of condo. Must have gotten a new cleaning person because unlike other reviews it was very clean. Front door had a code so didn't have to go to an office to get keys. :) Highly recommend.
