Mild cleaning product odor in room

There was nothing to like about the property.

When we arrived had to wait for someone for awhile to check me in . When I got into room saw a roach on the bed & crawling on floor. There was also a dead roach in bathroom. Went downstairs to let receptionist know. She took us to see another room where the nightstand was torn off the wall. She said would send someone to clean room in morning but nobody never cleaned room. We went to purchase cleaning supplies ourselves, to clean & deodorize room. Manager was there for checkout & would not offer any discount said only for future stay. I would never stay again. Very dirty location. Had a weird smell as well.

No iron or ironing board in room. no usb plug in on lamp or anywhere in the room.

Wi-Fi needs to be upgraded

they only give you 2 sets of thin towels u can’t get more unless u turn those in first. the bed was small and wasn’t mounted to anything so it constantly shifted with the slightest move

It is more of a residence. Low income, than a hotel. Extremely unaccomadating. No ice machines. No irons in the room. There are no accomadations like normal hotels. People live there. It is more like an apt. Complex. You are on your own. I will mever stay there again.

I didn't like the entire experience. Never again!
