This is a really nice facility right on the ocean and as well-maintained .

I booked an ocean view room, and there were so many trees behind our building. You could not even see the ocean.

The staff were incredibly nice and super helpful. We got a flat tire while staying there and the maintenance men helped us repair the tire and refill it at no additional cost. They also helped when I got a tick from falling on a hike and directed us to the local fire station. The view from our hotel was gorgeous. It was a very short walk to the beach. The hotel itself was gorgeous and very home like. For the price I was genuinely shocked by how pleasant the entire stay was.

The bathroom was kinda small, but not too cramped. The bed was a little too soft for my back, but with a few extra pillows for support was comfortable.

There was just a short walk from our condo to the beach which was beautiful. Also we had trouble with our TV, and the NICEST guy came within minutes to help us. Not only was he prompt, he was knowledgeable and friendly.

The condo was nice overall but it needed more thorough cleaning. Also the dishwasher was so loud it sounded like a freight train. The furniture in the living area would benefit from new cushions, and the pull out bed was very uncomfortable.

The villas was perfect for our family of 4. It was nice that it had a fully functional kitchen. It was great having 1.5 bathrooms.

I wish that the beach access was off of the pier near the room. It only has one access and the pier was just for viewing where we were at.

Quiet location. Excellent restaurant on site. Comfortable, beautiful room!

Called beforehand to confirm check-in time was 4 pm. We arrived at the location at 3 but was told rudely by front desk that check in was not until 4. When we returned at 4. We were told that check in was from 4-6 & we would receive a text when our room was ready. At 5:15 we had not received a text. After insistence we were given an upgraded room. No apology because the front desk clerk felt that the check in was not late until after 6 pm.

The location by the ocean was lovely.

We choose to be on the Oceanside but had no view. I would have liked to be on a higher floor so we could see the water.

Beautiful grounds and great food at the restaurant.

The grounds are well kept, with lots of amenities and convenient location.

There were issues with bed bugs. There are issues with incomplete sheet rock work, outlets not properly secured. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and hot water not working in the primary suite.

ocean view location was great. Very near driftwood beach. Villas was nicely decorated and had what we needed.

No bikes for children. The entrance area is cramped and gets dirty from all the dirt and sand. Pool is not heated. I thought we would have twin beds for the kids.

Location and the property is great. I don't think that I was in one of the upgraded rooms as I have stayed before.

Check-in took was not good, no soap in the initial room, female panty liner on the bathroom shelf, bed was warped on one side and I am still trying to recover from the backache. Phone in the room did not work and the furniture made the room cramped, it was hard to maneuver in the room. I requested to be moved and was granted a move. I kept getting locked out because the key was not programmed for the outside door. The front desk rep didn't seem to believe after the second trip to the office to demand someone from the facility come and check the door. Maintenance was dispatched but not after I had to wait. Not pleasant. The second room was very accommodating.

Quiet. Perfect for the rest I needed.

Parking was horrendous! My daughter had to park a street over from our room.

Everything was amazing!

We stayed in a Villa, so we bought groceries for breakfast and lunch and only ate dinners out. The on site restaurant is excellent for dinner and has very reasonable prices, but it is closed on Sun. & Mon. We stayed there specifically because I wanted to be able to walk along the shore to Driftwood Beach. Which we did. The sunrises were spectacular, but you can only walk on the beach immediately in front of their property during low tide because the surf comes right up to the rock barrier at high tide.

A nearby villa was being renovated and the workmen's noise was at times disturbing. We were lucky this time, but, as far as i can tell, it's not possible to select a building location. The yappy little dog in the villa next door.

Walked around it stormed the weekend

The bed was hard as crap room was beautiful but we left some expensive items and called so many times to let them know and have someone go pick the items up front desk couldn't do anything said we had to talk to housekeeping but of course house keeping would never answer their phone so we are out of those items in the end guess that's out fault for forgetting them..

Tubs could been cleaner and water pressure was very low

Easy beach access. Trees and greenery give the place a secluded feel.
