This property was absolutely stunning. It’s in a great location with a prime view of the beach. The pool amenities are world class. The property manager was kind, responsive and helpful. This is a perfect property for a family with small kids. I will caution that the bunk beds are small and very narrow (smaller than a normal twin) perfect for kids but would be tough for a teen or adult to sleep in.

Our family enjoyed a 4 night stay. I liked the location because it was on a mostly-quiet road. The heated pool and hot tubs were a godsend with the chilly temperatures. Covered parking was also very nice. It was a little confusing how to get into building, but another tenant was very helpful showing us the elevator. Because our kids used the hallway bunk beds, we didn't have much room to store our suitcases, so we had to take everything out and use the available drawers. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Overall a good stay! Would stay here again!

Property was as described. Close to shops and restaurants. Nice ocean view from the balcony. We enjoyed using the adjacent Hilton amenities (pools and hot tub). Short walk to the beach. The use of the beach chairs was a nice bonus! The bedroom and bathroom were very small but the living room was bright and comfortable. Perfect for 2 people. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay and found the unit very nice and clean. Our only problem was that with the size of the condo's square feet being small, it felt cramped with the added bunkbeds and how the bar area was situated (I would just not have it). We used the bunkbeds to put our luggage and odd things to put away. It would be hard to have more than two adults in the unit. However, overall, I give the unit a 5 out of 5.

Had originally just made this reservation for me traveling to an event, but then my husband and two of my children came along, as well. The unit was clean and had a great view of the ocean and was close enough to hear the waves. The unit is small, so it does not have a really big living space for socializing, but we are a family on the move and biked and did other activities where we were only there for sleeping and regrouping for next activity. If you want a clean place to sleep, in a convenient location, and for a good price, this is a great option!

Location was perfect. Easy to walk everywhere. Nice to have access to Hilton facilities. Easy and clear arrival instructions. Comfortable sleeping. A bit smaller than we thought; no dining table. Couch isn’t very comfortable. Window was quite dirty. Also the bottom of screen sliding door was torn so couldn’t leave sliding door open in case of bugs. We would definitely go back. (Above are just some suggestions for improvement).

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was very clean. The ocean view was beautiful. We sat out on the balcony every morning for coffee. It was an added perk to have beach chairs provided to take down to the beach. Beautiful property!

Went for our 20th wedding anniversary and the home was amazing! Very clean and next to the beach. Facilities were perfect for what we needed and close to everything. Will be back.

We loved the location and all the Hilton amenities. The property manager was very attentive. It's perfect for 2. Would stay there again.

Despite the not so good weather we had a great stay here. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing, and it was a quick walk to the beach. One issue is the elevator does tend to stop working as we experienced twice in 3 days and confirmed by other residents. Both times it was out, it worked again the next time we tried it a few hours later, but we did have to carry groceries up the stairs once. We had no problem with this, but to be aware for those who may not be able to climb 5 flights of stairs if it happens. Bike rentals are across the street and it’s a quick ride to many shops and restaurants. Would love to stay again in the future!

Great condo, exactly as described. Excellent communication with property manager, everything went very smoothly with check in, check out, and the stay. Some beach gear is available at the property and the Hilton resort access was a great bonus. We were there during the hurricane and this property was excellent… the building had secure covered parking and a backup generator. Very clean, organized, and comfortable for our family of 3… we’re planning on staying here again!

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, updated and comfy furnishings. The Hilton property amenities (pool and outdoor service bar) as well as the access directly out on the beach were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely everything was in fabulous condition and the unit was well appointed. It was immaculate and had all the necessary kitchen ware and appliances to make our stay just perfect. The bunks are a fantastic space saver but only suited for children or smaller adults. We would definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal stay was had for my two teens and myself. We stayed on the go a lot with the beach being right near us and the pools as well!

Overall, good for the price -- no problems, no complaints. Condo was as advertised - small, but adequate and clean. Good communication with property manager. The new Hilton amenities can't be beat. Building could use some freshening up but nothing major. Great views from balcony.

Right on beach and great pool for kids!

Esthetics are pleasing and location is great. The use of Hilton Hotel amenities such as the pools, cafe, gym and game room are fantastic. In full transparency, we were charged post stay for broken items we noticed were broken and didn't alert management for. That was a mistake I regret now. When we explained the issue, management pivoted to explain the extra charges were for cleaning "due to sand". Then we were accused of taking home the world's most expensive pillow. Word of advice: take pictures upon entry and document everything. The condo is well located and the views are amazing! Drawback - condo is located on the 6th floor with a slow elevator after the hassle of finding a parking spot. Condo is esthetically pleasing; however furnishings are cheap and break while utilizing them. The shower curtain constantly comes off the hooks and the beautiful barn door to the master constantly comes off its hinge. Its no secret the space is tight. The three of us were on top of each other. My 10 yr old did not fit in the bunk bed. The pull-out couch belongs on the curb! My husband and I spent the week in the 'valley' of the master bed. The shower is nice and luxurious! But don't use the towels. My family and I are high utilizers of vacation rentals by owner. We have never experienced post stay add-ons like this, especially after following the explicit instructions of departure. We felt ripped off, and honestly, VRBO protects the owner, so be careful.

It is right close to the beach, and the view is beautiful. The location is close to everything. The bike rentals are a plus also, and lot's of beautiful locations to ride the bikes. Over-all a fabulous, Beautiful location!!

The property was located right next to a resort with access to their amenities which was very convenient. Love that beach access which was in walking distance. I would have preferred a slightly larger living space in the unit. But overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Our family stayed here for a couple of days at the beach. The location and amenities were top notch. It was tight, but doable as we were only in the condo to shower and sleep. The bunk beds are pretty narrow, an adult or larger child probably would not be comfortable on there but they fit our five almost six year old just fine. We brought travel black out curtains with suction cups for the living room so the kids sleeping on the pull out couch wouldn’t awaken with the sun, and this worked very well. Husband and I enjoyed cocktails from the pool side restaurant on the porch overlooking the ocean once the kids were asleep. Very nice stay!

This was the first time for us to stay in a rental condo. It was a great experience! The place was right by the beach and we were also able to use the Hilton facilities. The condo was on the top floor: fully equipped: they even provided beach chairs! It was clean, everything worked! The balcony was big enough to relax and watch the beach. The place was busy but we never had a problem with the parking. The overall area was fantastic, I’m sure we will go back!

The property was exactly what we thought. Beach views were closer than we expected. The amenities were awesome, with the pools and close beach access. Nice that a beach cart was at the property use and haul all are stuff to the beach. People were nice, workers and guests. Took advantage of the grill areas, especially after a couple nights of going out to eat, it got pretty expensive. A suggestion I would make, is try and be "off" schedule of everyone else's times; eg beach time, pool time, lunch and dinner rush. After a couple days we adjusted and there were less people at the pool, beaches, and grill areas. Grocery stores are a short drive. Easy walk to the center of town where shops, ice cream, and restaurants were located. Nice to take the bike path/sidewalk there, and then walk back to the condo on the beach. We knew the place was going to be a little tight. Kids didn't want to sleep on the bunk beds in hallway area. So what we did, my 10 year old daughter ended up with my wife in the main bedroom. And my 12 year old and I slept on the pullout couch. Which was fine, we liked hearing the ocean at night. So 2 adults and 2 kids are fine, but 4 adults would be to tight. Never had a problem with parking or any other issues. Great property and great vacation. Thanks Mike
