this was a lovely with a lot of great amenities to use around fire island which was super helpful. The house was lovely and clean. Even though its a small house, we never felt cramped. great outside area and three showers!! we really enjoyed our stay

Very clean and modern beach house with plenty of room for guests. Very close to town and also an easy walk to the beach.. Hot tub was amazing! Everyone enjoyed it in the evening after a nice dinner. Maryann is amazing. Always reachable. Would definitely stay here again!

Sweet charming house right near beach. Owners were great, very responsive and helpful. Nice cozy backyard. With jacuzzi. Highly recommend

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay than Firefly Landing - the location, the space, and the amenities were all perfect! The house comfortably slept 6 of us, friends and family and each room was equipped with it's own controllable A/C which was amazing to have during one of the hottest weeks of the year! The house has everything that you could think of needing and the grocery stores are a quick and convenient walk away. The pictures of the outside area don't do justice - there is a huge deck with a grill, an outdoor shower, dining and lounging areas, and a nice, clean hot tub that we made use of. Maryann was very kind and communicative ensuring that we were able to access the house with no issues and even made sure that we had extra propane to grill with. I had friends come to Long Island from NYC for the first time and having the ferry so close to the house made it very easy for them and they LOVED everything. We enjoyed swimming in the bay and the ocean which was a quick and easy walk down straight down the boardwalk. The house was perfectly clean and well conditioned, as was the location/beach itself. There were also lots of bikes and a wagon that came in handy when running errands. The town is fun and lively to go out in but the house and neighboring houses were quiet and safe so we all slept well and comfortably upon our return to Firefly. I cannot say enough good things about this rental, we did not want to leave! Hope to return very soon!!

Wonderful vacation at this extra clean and lovely home. Hosts are so kind and thought of truly everything you might need and more to make for a relaxing, happy vacation. Close to beach and restaurants with a large deck where we spent many hours. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely return! Thank you!!!!!

what an amazing house! even better in real life--clean, cosy, fully stocked and comfortable to spend time with family and friends. Maryann was an absolutely amazing host! made us feel very welcome. cant wait to stay at the house again!
