There were suspicious bed bug / gnats on the side table by the bed that I had to exterminate and I never slept very peacefully after that. I was really grossed out. I got to thinking that perhaps they don’t even change out the main comforter on the beds. I know they change the bedding for the new guests but what about the bed spreads/ comforter? The unit we stayed in seemed clean enough but after discovering the tiny insect issues, I couldn’t help looking a little closer at the cleanliness of everything and everything wasn’t what it seemed.

heat didn’t work. was 59° inside upon arrival. never warmed up above 64°. cold indoors.

Easy in/out - great kitchen, sleeping, perfect for our jeep tour

Very clean. We liked the location. I know the map says its across from an rv sight, but you couldnt even tell it was there. We need a kitchen when we travel. This worked very well. It quick to get to every ware and the vies were nice from that location as well. There was some small non stop run offs you could see all the time, and some of the mountain views where great. It has no back yard. Just a little cement back porch that is blocked off from the mountain. No bid deal really... The grill worked great. As some others have said, the lazy boy was a little old, but it was big enough for me and my wife to sit in it together and look at the pictures of the day, so it was nice. Never heard from or saw the manager the whle time. That was kinda nice, punch in the code when you get there, lock it up when you leave. All done

They could use a lazy boy that is not as worn out (but it is not horible). By the time the site we used added all the extra fees at the end the place was a bit more expensive then advertised. There is owner fees, and cleaning fees, and taxes. Do not just look at the base price. Having said that, the whole time we were there, my wife and italked about how it would fit the whole family, and we would love to bring the kids there to hike around on a vacation next time.

Location was great - really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood which was conveniently close to the main part of town, but distant enough to be away from the crowd and traffic noise. Back patio was nice - we enjoyed cooking on the grill and relaxing at the patio table. Managing Agent, Sharon, was terrific - very responsive to our needs.

Living room furniture is tired and the reclining leg portions do not always cooperate (they will spring up into place whether you want them up or not!).
