House was very clean and had everything we needed. An easy walk the lake and many great shops and restaurants.

This is a great vacation home for stays near Stowe. We had plenty of space inside and the basement bedroom is surprisingly comfortable as well. The deck is great for enjoying nice weather with a table for eating meals. A couple small complaints, a few of the patio dining chairs were unstable and seemed to be broken. There was also a slight mildewy smell in the upstairs area, but this might have been a symptom of the humid weather. Overall, the property is very comfortable especially for families.

This home worked perfectly for our large family vacation. It's very kid friendly, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Internet was strong. Air conditioning on the main and second floor (it was in the 90s when we were there) was amazing. Location was awesome too- only a short drive to downtown Stowe. James was extremely helpful and communicative.

The cabin is clean, comfortable and in a quiet location. It is on a wooded lot that’s private and pretty. The kitchen has everything you need for dining in. The large living room is great for hanging out. We loved the porch. Having coffee or a beer on the porch was enjoyed by all. James was easy to work with. I would recommend the cabin to anyone who likes a place with room to spread out in a beautiful wooded surrounding.

My family of 6 (4 kids ages 9-3) had a soccer tournament for my oldest over the weekend. Tough to find a hotel that would accommodate that many, and have space for the little ones to roam. Found this great cabin that fit our needs. Spacious, with enough rooms for all (with AC on each room; we had a very hot weekend). Easy access to Stowe. Only 35 minutes from Burlington. Highly recommended!

Only 20 minutes to the mountain and 10 minutes to town. Great quiet location and a beautiful spot to stay! The house is clean and comfortable. It was perfect for 4 adults and two kids. Great communication from the owner and super helpful in everything we needed! We would be happy to come back!

Loved the location for our adventures in Stowe, Waterbury, Waitsfield, Burlington, Shleburn, and Norwich. Very responsive to any questions! The beds were comfortable; but I will always say that King beds are better for tired and sore old people who hiked a little more than they should have!

We had a perfectly wonderful stay at this house. The beds are super comfortable, the large deck and grill a perfect place for meals, lots of logs and kindling for making a fire. The location provided easy access to Stowe as well as other area attractions. Highly recommend if you enjoy a country vibe with beautiful surroundings.

Clean, spacious yet cozy cabin tucked in the woods. Near lots of hiking trails, and a short drive to Stowe. No complaints at all—we had a great visit!

This property was good for what we were looking for. We wanted to be in the Stowe area, but not directly in Stowe, which is exactly what this is. If you want to be right in the heart of Stowe, this is not the property for you. The property is clean and mostly in good condition. The bathrooms and kitchen were definitely clean and everything was in working order. The kitchen is well stocked. We found everything we needed to cook and then some. Decent water pressure and water temperature for showers.. The large entryway/mudroom was a pleasant surprise and a wonderful place to store all of our gear in. The addition of the free standing A/Cs in the living room and two of the upstairs bedrooms was a nice bonus and helped cool things down with the crazy humidity we had last week. The screen door on the slider in the living room does fall off the track pretty easily, but it's also pretty easy to get back on. A couple of the pillows on the two queen beds could stand to be replaced as they' were either flat as a pancake or rock hard. The stairs between the first and second floors are very creaky, but totally functional, so just be prepared for a little noise if you have an early riser in the group.. Overall, we liked the place. Plenty of space to spread out and the location was excellent for our needs for the week

The property was as described. It the weather would have been better there would have been plenty of opportunity to enjoy the extensive decks. We did grill once on the large grill. Four bedrooms, two had portable air conditioners, a fan with the bunk beds. Basement bedroom was naturally cool. There was an air conditioner in the living room. Kitchen and diniig room was well lit. More lighting in the living room at night would have been nice for reading. Minor compliant about the kitchen is there could have been more matching cover to the pots and frying pans, and some light weight mixing bowls. Over all this is a great place to stay just 2 miles south of Stowe center.

A great cabin, with fabulous location and a great view of the sunset off the deck. Easy access to all surrounding attractions, and a very relaxing vibe. Be sure to barbecue on the back deck! Plenty of room for family, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths; the lower level is a mini-suite with a bedroom and TV room with futon. Washer and dryer on the property. A lovely time had by all!

Property was clean comfortable and perfectly located for the activities we wanted to attend. Property manager was responsive and amenable.

this is the perfect house of you just want your family to be together. not fancy but really comfy. Kitchen worked well. good living space. Dining room was fine for us, but if you have friends visit for dinner (as we did) and want to sit more than 6 table is pretty tight. Bedrooms are small, but fiine. 2 full baths on the 2nd floor, and a powder room on first floor - but the best bedroom is downstairs and there is no bathroom down there. I should also add that this house has the BEST mudroom ever - we kept it really cool for extra beers etc, but there is a woodstove if you want it toasty to dry our ski clothes. We also had a blast at night sleddiing down the little hill out front. 20 minutes exactly to the mountain, 7 to "downtown" stowe. The ONLY negative is that the wifi was REALLY slow, like, hardly worked. Not sure if that is the house, or that is the area of Stowe, but if your kids or you want to be looking at videos or checking out restaurant's websites.... it's frustrating! We had a great time!!! House was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

We spent our Christmas holiday here, and the property is in a great location! Easily accessible to town, but removed enough for a cozy and comfortable Vermont experience. Very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Close to town but felt private.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The checkin process was straightforward and communication with our host James was great. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood and just a couple of miles from Stowe town center. The home was fully equipped for a big family to stay for a long time. We hope to come back in the future.

This cabin is just as advertised. Convenient location that also provides privacy. It is very clean and all amenities are first rate. Highly recommended!

The cabin had plenty of space and the quiet location is 5 minutes outside of town. James was a great host and the house was stocked with everything we needed. We look forward to staying again soon!
