We are returning guests, why.... because it is clean, staff are fab, beds very comfy, and we always get a generous balcony, with great views, pool staffed and very clean.

Abbiamo dormito in un letto estremamente comodo, solitamente la prima notte non dormo niente e invece....il materasso era perfetto!
Colazione semplice ma adatta anche alle mie intolleranze.
Un vero peccato non aver potuto usufruire della bella piscina.
Tutti davvero gentili e disponibili come nella migliore tradizione romagnola!
Stanza non molto silenziosa, basterebbero davvero dei semplici feltrini alle gambe delle sedie x evitare fastidiosi rumori provenienti dalle altre camere.
E poi... mancano dei piccoli accorgimenti nel bagno, difficilmente si trovano ganci o mensole per appoggiare le cose.

This is a really lovely hotel. Situated on the edge of Misano, our room had an excellent view of the sea, woods and mountains around Misano. The room was immaculate and the staff were friendly and informative. The municipal pool opposite is available to guests and was a lovely place for a swim and has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available for no cost. The hotel is conveniently located for access to the beach, town centre, railway station and Misano racetrack but is away from all the noise. Ten out of ten.

Amazing rooms with balcony. Beautiful views. Great pool side and access to the beach. Welcoming and friendly employees. Everything was great. Very sad we couldn’t stay longer.

Great value for money: there’s a pool, free parking, beach is in 3 min walk, and a very good breakfast also included in price. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
It was noisy in the night because of a disco on the beach - not the hotel fault though.

The place is perfectly located: close from the sea but far enough to avoid noise. Super nice dining around.
Swiming pool was nice but unlike the photo shows, there's a street between hotel and it. It doesn't feel like it is the pool of the hotel, but just they have an agreement or something.

Lovely hotel, perfect location. Friendly staff, all of them. Very clean, spotless. Near the beach and all the restaurants, shops, bars. Perfect for a walk after dinner. Has a free, covered parking. 10/10 would visit again!

The family was very courteous and accommodating since we travelled with our dog; room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed; rooftop terrace with amazing ocean and park views; large breakfast selection, and excellent espresso coffee served by friendly and professional staff; short walk to beach and beautiful park behind property with benches to sit and cool off under the pine trees.
