Location, charging station for Tesla, fitness facility, large room, comfortable beds and access to many commercial places.

Food was pretty mediocre...in particular the eggs were usually luke warm at best. We were in a room on the 3rd floor and people above were running around all night and it was disturbing our sleep.

The property was up to date and ver clean.

The fact that I slept on the floor after 12 hours driving because I was told I wasn’t a IHG member. And Breakfast was scarce because they were out of food. The evening staff was amazing even though I booked a 2 bed room. I was traveling with someone with Metal rods in her back due to a previous cancer diagnosis and another sister who was a kidney transplant recipient both who needed a bed. Totally made us feel unimportant. My card didn’t work upon arrival and the gentleman told me after several attempts it was on his side of the computer gave us room keys and told me not to worry about to stop by in the morning. Apologized for us not getting the room I booked and bringing extra pillows and blankets to sleep on the floor with. How ever the AM lady at the desk was rude and acted like it was my fault. We had to eat breakfast somewhere else. I’m not really sure why the feedback on our stay when nothing is done about it.

the bathroom door didn’t latch. front desk clerk during the day was not friendly at all. night clerk was very nice. they should think about switching them.

the staff is amazing. Brandon and Shawn were the nicest, and most welcoming staff I have ever experienced, and I travel A LOT for work.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and my kids loved the pool even though it was cold. The staff were very helpful and friendly

The beds were kind of hard for my preference, and the one elevator didn't seem to be adequate for a full hotel of people

We found this hotel to be comfortable, clean, and new. The breakfast was tasty and good. Access to Nashville and good restaurants around the hotel was easy.

We wished there had been a hot tub.

They forgot to service my room, some of staff was less than friendly, breakfast was ok, to not have fruit every day seems unacceptable.

Everything thing was amazing! I just needed a coffee pot in room 322 the pot was missing as well as the filter container that holds the filter.
