The property was as prescribed on the listing. The home was very clean including bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had great applications and kitchen ware. The view OMG was amazing which may be an understatement. The water was rough so we couldn’t kayak or boogie board but it is available. There is a market in walking distance. The host was amazing and very responsive. He checked in throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this home.

This was the most amazing vacation! This house made our trip. The location was quiet with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. The pool with the ocean view was a huge hit with everyone and my favorite part was the screened in porch where the adults hung out every evening. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The communication with the owner and property manager was almost instant even on a Sunday. There was a nearby small grocery store within easy walking distance. You definitely need a car but everything is an hour or less away. We will absolutely be back and stay again at this house again!!

The home was set up great for group gatherings with kitchen and living room space as a great room! The bed rooms and bathrooms were large and made everyone comfortable. Can’t say enough about the pool and the ocean being only steps away there was something for everyone.

We stayed six nights at Calypso Blue, celebrating my parent's 50th Anniversary! The entire time we were in awe of the home and setting! From the moment we booked, Craig was in contact, answering any questions and providing recommendations for restaurants and excursions! The home was well-stocked and cozy! The setting and location were perfect! It is away from crowds but close enough to Rum Point or the East End for a quick 10-minute drive to activities! A well-stocked grocery store is within walking distance of the house. My family loved snorkeling off the reef behind the house! We travel and use VRBO often; however, this trip is one of our absolute favorites, thanks to the perfect home! We cannot wait to return to Calypso Blue in the future!

What a wonderful way to spend 11 days in Grand Cayman! Our three families included 6 adults, and 5 children (ages "almost" 2 to 5 years). The house was clean, big enough to accommodate all of us, and well stocked! The pool was used every day and we were able to snorkel right off our beach (water shoes are a must). Craig was an amazing host and responded immediately to our questions, both before and during our stay. I highly recommend Calypso Blue!

This is a beautiful place and layout of house is perfect for numerous couples . The communication with host and property manager was awesome. We all could not say enough good things about this place. The pool, beach and house were perfect in every way! I loved celebrating my 60th birthday here with 8 other people!!

This was our first time to the Caymans and it didn’t disappoint! The house is stunning, we had a group of 7 adults, 3 kids- plenty of room! The beach was beautiful, wonderful snorkeling (bring water shoes!). We loved Chisholms market right down the street- very helpful as it was open when others weren’t for Good Friday/Easter. Craig recommended Chef Remy when I asked about hiring a private chef for dinner. Chef Remy was amazing! The house is well appointed, we really enjoyed the kayaks and the pool was pristine. Craig was excellent with communication from the start- he always responded promptly with any questions and checked up on us once we arrived. Highly recommend Calypso Blue!

Super in every way.

My husband and I just wrapped up a week-long stay with eight other friends at Calypso Blue and were so impressed with the property. Location is perfectly situated on the North Side, away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach but close to Rum Point and to the East End. It took us about 45 minutes to get to/from the airport but the drive wasn't bad at all and we were happy to explore the majority of the island over the course of the week. Car rental was definitely a must in this location. There was also some pretty awesome snorkeling right off the back of the house with a little reef within swimming distance. Fins or water shoes are probably a good idea for entry but just a few steps in and you're good to go. Didn't get to do much kayaking given that we got a pretty windy week, but it was nice to have the options of kayaks, pool floats, and plenty of deck chairs to provide some flexibility depending on what the weather was doing. The screened-in porch area was an added bonus to provide more shade and seating, and we spent a great deal of time dining and lounging outside. There is a small store just a few houses away (Chisolm's) and that proved to be VERY helpful when we needed to make small runs for ice, hamburger buns, milk etc. Craig Roberto was very responsive and helpful and made us feel like our needs were being addressed, both proactively and responsively. We LOVED our stay and highly recommend Calypso Blue.

We absolutely loved this house. It was clean, comfortable and we loved the location away from the crazy cruise ship docks. We had a great little store within walking distance, and we were close to the crystal caves and botanical gardens. We drove for the turtles and into town but there was not much to do there. All of our tours were perfect. Craig checking Ed in almost daily and was super responsive. Highly recommend!

This house is simply beautiful and the location is perfect. Very clean and up to date. The house is well stocked with anything you would need. The views, the pool, the beach and everything was absolutely fantastic. The owner is super responsive w/everything as well. Will definitely return to this gem and the wonderful island!

A group of 9 of us ranging from 10-43 stayed at this house and it was worth every penny. The views were breathtaking and the snorkeling was superb. Being on the north end beats the crowds of Georgetown. I highly recommend this property, and will be back in the future.

Calypso Blue was presented online with true accuracy. Craig (property host) did a great job ‘checkin in’ and answering questions throughout the week to make sure our stay was exceptional. The home is well appointed with everything from kitchen necessities to linens. It also afforded ample space for our party of twelve to enjoy a movie night together. We enjoyed being on the less commercial North Side of the island with our own pool and beach. Perfect location for a family or friend group getaway!

This property is exactly as pictured/advertised. Beautiful!!! The owner checked in with us and was quick to reply with answers as well as recommendations. It was perfect to have our own pool on the beach. The drive to 7 Mile beach is about 40 minutes. However, we enjoyed the non-tourist scene. Overall it was a magnificent stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Our family of 7 had the most phenomenal vacation at Calypso Blue. The house is thoughtfully stocked with everything you can possible need and then some! The homeowner is super responsive with questions, recommendations and information. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen incredibly well stocked and towels a plenty for both pool and beach. Snorkeling in our "backyard" was the absolute best! Calypso Blue has so many areas to gather and hang out both inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Grand Cayman: Seven Mile Beach, Starfish Point, Kayaking in the Bioluminescent Bay, The Blowholes, etc. but our favorite activity was relaxing at Calypso Blue and enjoying our Northside views and beautiful sunsets every day. If we could give more than 5 stars we definitely would!!!!!

Our large group absolutely loved everything about our stay. The house is so comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the north side of the island and would stay there again with no hesitation. We had a wonderful time!

This house was EXACTLY as advertised. The beach is glorious, the house is immaculate, the pool is so nice and fun. It was a little windy but we were still able to snorkel right in the backyard and see the beautiful reef, with all kinds of fish right there! (I saw the cutest puffer fish!!). The house is very convenient and well-stocked. We loved the little grocery store just steps away, it even had a reasonable wine selection. The screen porch was just wonderful for the beautiful breezes and such a great view!! We highly recommend this house!

We had very high expectations for Calypso Blue and they were all exceeded! When you walk into the house, the first thing you see is the amazing views of the ocean. The layout of the house is perfect for large groups (there were 8 of us) with bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs, different bed size options, and wonderful views. The house is modern and incredibly clean, stocked with everything you could need. Roy and Craig respond immediately to any questions. I polled the whole family as to what is one thing that could have been done better and we couldn’t come up with a single thing. Very highly recommended!

We descended on Calypso Blue with 5 little girls (9,7,5,3 and 5 ms) and 7 adults. My 7 yr old niece declared it the best place ever (as compared to a resort) because we all had our own rooms! Very spacious, impeccably clean and well outfitted. The kids had their meals at one large table and the adults at the other.The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make our meals or BBQ. The pool was used a lot by adults and kids alike.The only caution I have is for those with very little children, the beach is not kid friendly as you need water shoes to climb over the limestone rocks. However the snorkeling right in front of the villa has the best coral and variety of fish I have ever seen.Also, our bad luck, we had a very windy week so the waves were usually too high for the kids. But we usually drove to one of the public beaches (Starfish or 7 mile beach) for the morning and came back in the afternoon. My 3 yr old granddaughter has not stopped asking to go back to 'our other home' and back to the 'hot'! I totally agree with her lol

You'd think after three vacations in Calypso Blue, we would be used to it but when we open the front door, it never fails to elicit "Wow"s from everyone. Such a great feeling to be greeted by an expanse of a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, bright and sunny home. The view from the second living room is absolutely magic! Caribbean sea, infinity pool and super private beach! No more depressing, smelly hotel rooms for me! The kitchen in Calypso Blue is roomy, equipped with everything one needs to feel at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with HUGE washer and dryer. (Nice to get the laundry done and not have damp towels and clothes lying around.) We were a party of four adults and two girls, three and four. My husband and I had our own private wing on one side of the house - two bedrooms and a very nice bathroom. There are two other bedrooms and two bathrooms so we basically had our own - something I love! I understand there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs so if you want to go there with a larger group there is plenty of room for all without feeling cramped. Also, on the lower level, next to another living room is a sweet powder room. Our favorite restaurant this last trip was the Lighthouse. Really good food and service (the servers wear nautical attire). Tuka is another favorite and any other place we tried we were not disappointed. There is also a small convenience store within walking distance. Two barbecue grills outside if you don't feel like going out. Hopefully going back again this year and we cannot wait!

The house was just as described and photographed! The management was very responsive to our needs. The only problem we had was getting to the house from the airport! First time visitors need a map with turn by turn instructions! Other than that, we loved it. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice, kitchen fully equipped, house clean, nice washer/dryer, wi-fi worked, etc. It was windy during our stay so we were not able to swim or snorkel at our beach. But it was beautiful. A little sargassum but not a problem like other places I've visited in the Caribbean. I would highly recommend this house!

The property had everything we needed for a relaxing week with family. We had a range of ages in our group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The view and location were perfect.
