If you have never been to Marco Island, prepare to be humbled. It's all about life on the water here- truly a boater's paradise! This beautiful home has a screened pool and dock with a lift perfect for boats up to 27'. Nestled in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood amongst multi-million dollar homes. The house is well maintained and has four king beds and all the luxuries of home- perfect for our family vacation! This was our second stay and we'll definitely be back. Easy communication with owners. Great shelling and fishing- BIG 4-foot tide swings- stick to the marked channels on lower tides. Thank you for another great stay!

Very nice. Suited our needs. Wish we had more time to enjoy it. Appreciated the bicycles, especially the one with a basket for getting groceries.

We had such a great week here! House is so spacious and clean and they have everything you need. We had dolphins visit us at the dock and caught some fun fish. We spent most of our time outdoors at the pool and lanai and the pool was so warm! Bikes were an added bonus to toodle around Marco. Great location - close to beach, restaurants and groceries. We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood and residents were so friendly. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home in Marco Island! House had everything we needed and then some!

This property was fantastic. All 5 bikes in working order. Bikes all over the island. Ran at the near by park. Used the YMCA. Close to everything. Fishing poles were fun off the dock. The house was over equipped. Had every thing we needed plus more. The pool was clean and warm. The house was more than we expected. Would love to stay here next year.

We’ve been vacationing on Marco Island for a few years now. This by far has been one of the best homes we’ve rented. The home was very clean and decorated with a very tasteful beach theme. The three bathrooms and four bedrooms were awesome and allowed privacy when one wanted it. We vacationed with adults and two children ages 2 and the other 6 months. They enjoyed playing in the warm pool. We were a short distance from many good restaurants and the beach. The only minor downfall in February was that the pool was not fully in the sun, but we all managed. I definitely would rent this property again!

We have been visiting Marco Island for the past 8 years. This home was the one of the best homes we have stayed in. The physical set up of the house is outstanding with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths it worked out perfectly for our group. You are never far from anywhere on Marco but this was a nice quiet street with a great dock and pool area. Hosts were available as we neede them.

Roof was being replaced and no communication from owners about that. It was noisy and dusty and we had to move our cars off the driveway for the roofers. Ended up with a flat tire on a vehicle from a nail from the torn off roof. Told the owners but no follow up on that at all. I waited over a week for a response but nothing.

The house is very nice and is well equipped for bike riding, going to the beach and enjoying a nice pool. Great location on Marco with close access to beaches and Goodland.

There was a little miscommunication with the house cleaners so the house wasn't ready for new guests. But that wasn't any fault of Michelle's and she had the cleaners there immediately. The house is in a great location. Watching the sun rise from the dock is absolutely beautiful. We were even visited by a dolphin one morning. I highly recommend staying at this house. Michelle is prompt, friendly and informative. Thanks Michelle for everything!

We had an incredible weekend in this property. Everything was perfect. The area, the neighborhood, the house and location was amazing. Definitely we would do rent it again. We loved it!!!

We had a great time. My wife and I and my daughter/husband and our 2 grandsons (10 & 4). Towed my 22ft Dusky over and docked it behind the house. The fishing in Caxambas Pass was GREAT all 4 days we went (access to the Pass was great/simple from this location). Because of Marco Island rules I had to store the trailer at Safe Harbor Marina (used to be Calusa Island Marina) but that was not a big deal. I took it out there as the boat ramp on SR951 was not logistically very user friendly (where I initially put-in). The owners were VERY responsive to any concerns we had. This was the second time we stayed at this property and we plan to stay again next year at the same approximate time. I would highly recommend this location to any FAMILY looking for a convenient and well located rental (the 4 bedrooms comes in very handy). We have been coming to Marco Island for several years now and have stayed at various homes on the Island. This home was one of the best and the location was great. The home is very spacious and the homeowner was very prompt in responding to a couple of minor issues that we encountered, which was greatly appreciated. We were visited by a dolphin and two iguanas which were amazing to watch. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed this property.

Spent a week at this spacious MI home with our 5 adult children...4 king size beds plus a sofa sleeper gave everyone comfortable sleeping space. Very close to beach, restaurants, Everglades and grocery store. Home provided indoor pool, abundant pool furniture, beach "toys," bikes, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and games for all of the entertainment we wanted. Plenty of cookware, two gas grills, large frig/freezer and even had a small cooler and insulated bag to take food to the beach. It will be our Marco Island destination whenever we return. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. The pictures and descriptions show how nice the place is and it’s even better in person. We will definitely look for this house to be available in the future when we head back to Florida.

Three couples went to the house in early May and had a great time. Everything you need for a great stay is available. The beach is about a 20 minute walk as is some of the better restaurants on the island. The pool is a good size covered by a lanai and patio area with chairs and loungers. Home is located in a very nice neighborhood and during our visit the area was very quiet. Owners were quick to respond to questions. Hope to go back in the future.

Could not have been more pleased with our stay in Marco Island. Close to the boat launch in goodland which was crucial, since we were there on a fishing trip/ vacation.

We enjoyed our stay but we’re a little disappointed with the no cable in all the rooms. I think it would be helpful if the rules of the house were written down and left in the house. We didn’t know whether to leave trash in the barrels or not so we took it with us and one of the gas tanks was nearly empty. Our bed sheets were very old.

We were very surprised that the house was a lot bigger than it looked in the photos. It was very spacious and enjoyable. We were spoiled with a lovely view of the water as well.

This house on Marco Island was beautiful with lots of rooms, fully stocked kitchen utensils, a nice pool and lanai. It was a great place to connect with old friends. The host Michelle was great and touched base before the visit with pertinent information and during the stay to make sure everything was o.k. It was a great house and great experience!
