Amazing home and perfect for a family vacation, the view, space and it had everything for our family.

We came to Florida to visit my son and for a quick getaway with friends. We had an incredible time in this beautiful home! It is clean and modern and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed the pool and location. Fun bar is close by. We would not hesitate at all to come back! Thank you!

The property exceeded our expectations. The pool was great as was the easy access to the water. Inside the house was roomy and the neighborhood was quiet. Screened in porches all around were a pleasure.

We had an amazing time!!!! The home has the most wonderful views!! We enjoyed fishing and taking a dip in the salt water pool. The location of the home is perfect far enough away from festivities but close enough to get to them when you want to. However the most delightful part of the trip was the representative for Walkabout Retreat. She was absolutely great. The fire alarms were sounding when got home one evening and we went back out a got batteries to see if that would fix it. The next morning she came out to take a look and we had already tried the batteries. I thought it was the right thing to do but it almost brought her to tears for the attempt. Later that day she brought chum, chum bag and New York syrup as a thank you. I can't say enough about Amy, the agency or the home. It was truly a great treat!!

Excellent stay! Lovely house with terrific view! Great location! House equipped with everything you need! The shower in the front bathroom was wonderful! It was also nice to have the American flag out in the waterway! Highly recommend!

3 couples for a week stay. Lots of room to gather and enjoy downtime. The accommodations were top notch and hosts thought of everything. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful property! The owners have gone beyond to make it a "one of a kind" home. The house and pool are new in the past few years and the furnishings are lovely. The owners have added every special touch to this place and every room feels like you are home. The beds are super comfortable and the linens, towels, kitchen is all new and is not missing anything. You can definitely move right in and start relaxing! We enjoyed the dock for fishing, pool is so refreshing and the area great for paddle boarding, kayaking and snorkeling. We will definitely be back next year!! Thank you Nancy & Bob!!

We had a wonderful stay at Conch House! The house is beautiful, well appointed and extremely clean. We loved our morning work outs in the salt water pool.

The Conch house was gorgeous, well appointed, comfortable and very clean. Huge kitchen with tons of room. The brand new pool was perfect size and set up for our little ones. We brought 26’ CC and had no problem getting in and out. Docking was great and protected. Quiet street and neighborhood boat ramp was a breeze! Our favorite part was all the open windows and large screened porch because well, the view was amazing!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect vacation house! It was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The view was truly amazing! The kids kayaked right from the back of the property. Great restaurant/bar right down the street. The property manager answered my questions promptly and was there to help move furniture around when there was a chance of a nasty storm coming around. We are definitely looking to book there again hopefully next year! The only thing you might want to be aware of is that you might find it difficult to get some boats in and out of the dock at low tide. No worries, though, as we rented from a company that launched two doors down. They stored it tied up there so we were able to just walk over there and go!

Wonderful house to stay in the lower keys. House is brand new, very clean and spacious. Dock is in perfect shape and very well maintained. Pool made for a great way to cool down after a long day on the water.

We could not have been happier! This was our first time in the Keys, and the Conch House was the perfect set up for our group. When we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The house is brand new and extremely well appointed, it had everything we needed for two small families to enjoy a quiet vacation. The house is incredibly soundproof, so it was easy for the kids to sleep late in the mornings while the adults were already up and about. The pool isn't shown in the photos, but it is located right between the house and the seawall, perfect for cooling off. We swam in the boat basin and snorkeled around out front a few times just to explore. My son fished off the sea wall every day, catching grunts and mangrove snapper all day long. The house faces east, so we had a cooling breeze most of the time, making it very comfortable all day. By the late afternoon the pool and deck are in the shade so it's easy to stay outside and get a break from the sun. I brought a paddleboard and used the launch almost every day - bring water shoes bc it is rocky. We also appreciated the kayaks that were available - there are nice flats at the north end of Little Torch Key that are great for exploring. The owners are super kind people and were very available and responsive. Little Torch Key is a quiet key, mostly residential, which was just what we wanted. The busier and more developed Big Pine Key and Marathon are not far away. My husband and son did a few fishing charters out of Marathon, and we also did a snorkel trip out to Looe Key Reef from Big Pine Key. Key West is an easy 40 minute drive as well. It's really the best of everything! Thank you for a great week!

Great house with a brand new dock. Very convenient to fishing and Looe Key. A little shallow for a few dozen yards before you get to the dredged out area by the dock, but typical for the keys. Check in and out was a breeze and the house is brand new!

Wonderful property. Large, clean, well decorated home. Great waterfront view and boating access. Very safe place to dock our 26 foot boat. We had one issue while we stayed which was addressed immediately by the property manager. The only negatives were the no-see-ums (bugs) which were near the mangroves in the morning and early evening. The large screened-in porch was very helpful.

Beautiful location on the water. Able to enjoy your tea/coffee on the porch each morning as the sun was rising. Kayaking right from the house was awesome. Only a 40 min drive to Key West.
