The property location was perfect and peaceful overlooking the golf course, and the condo itself was flawless. Had everything I could have needed in the kitchen to the snorkel and beach gear in the garage. Definitely coming back again.

The amenities of swimming pool, jucuzzi and barbecues were beautiful and well maintained as was the entire Nihilani community with the exception of Condo 24C were 3 generational family of seven spent a 10 day vacation. The inside of the condo was very dirty and lacked basic maintenance. For example, the deck slider would barely "slide" and the screen slider was badly torn. Potted plants on the deck were dying due to lack of water and care. The kitchen/bathroom cabinet doors fell off. Bathroom floors had dried urine and sand/pebbles strewn about. Several window shades were broken. Bedding appeared "slept in" . Carpeting and walls were dirty. Master bath shower leaked water on the floor when used since the rubber edging was torn and the soaking tub had no stopper. All counter surfaces were dirty. I spent two hours cleaning upon our arrival before we could unpack our personal clothing and items. I requested a return of the cleaning fee since the unit hadn't been cleaned upon our arrival. The property manager was uncooperative and said I should have given them a chance to correct the problems. I did contact! My family would have needed to vacate the property for them to repair the neglected maintenance and deep clean the unit. There is also a 2-car garage available for use with cigarette butts strewn about. Overall, an uncomfortable condo. However, the condo itself is beautiful and well appointed just severely neglected in terms of cleaning and maintenance repair.

The condo was wonderful clean, comfortable and peaceful. We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves since there were no other people studying in the other condos. The pool is good but the pictures in the listing definitely give it more glam than it really is but the kids enjoyed it. The location was great for our disk golf adventure and quick beach access. I love the fact that Kauai beach access free to park at. Because a lot of the beaches on the other islands aren’t. The old town Hanalei is great for eating and shopping. Over all we will rent the condo again in the future.

The house had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. A little far away from places we wanted to visit. Beautiful pool.

We had the most wonderful visit to Kauai, and it was great to have this property as our landing pad! We had plenty of space and saved a ton of money by making many kid-friendly meals at “home!”

The condo was exactly as depicted in listing and related pictures. Beautifully furnished and very well equipped kitchen. We were able to prepare and serve a complete turkey dinner with all the sides for six people. The pool area is lovely and our grandkids, aged 7 and 4, swam every day-rain or shine. We frequently rent homes/condos through VRBO and this was one of the best. Would definitely visit again.

Really enjoyed the condo and facilities. We went during the rainy season, so it was a little far from the sunny South shore, but we absolutely adored the condo, the decor, and the beach stuff provided. An amazing stay in the North shore

Stayed a week at this lovely place in Princeville. The location was quiet and the rental property was comfortable and spacious. When issues arose, the management team was very responsive and got them addressed. Only one piece of constructive feedback that I would offer; the carpets definitely need to be cleaned (or maybe replaced). While I suspect that it is hard to maintain such properties given the variety of guests and frequent foot traffic, it was the one item that was not as we expected it would be. That said, this is a minor point on an otherwise super experience.

My daughter, son-in-law and four grandchildren shared some fun memories of beautiful beaches, snorkeling, outrigger trip, snow cones kayaking down the river and many beautiful places in Fern Garden the canyon loved being in Princeville and loved our condo

We loved our stay at the Nihilani Condo. It was big and spacious and we had plenty of room for all 8 of us. (6 adults and 2 kids). The aesthetic of the condo was beautiful too! The host was easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. We definitely want to rent again from them in the future!

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit had been maintained and furnished excellently. Great view of the mountains and golf course. The unit was roomy and very quiet. I’ve never stayed at a vacation rental that included so many extras. We were supplied with not only the basics like sheets, towels and beach towels, but also laundry detergent, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and trash bags! The condo also included games, puzzles, 6 beach chairs and snorkel gear. The neighbors were great, the neighborhood was quiet and the pool was beautiful! The condo is located quite close to the pool if you walk through a side grassy area. This makes it very nice for grilling in the evenings. We are so thankful for the awesome experience this helped give to our family.

Condo was amazing - large and roomy for our family of 6. Great pool for cooling off, well furnished unit and clean and welcoming. Management reached out several times to ensure great communication. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed at this beautiful property for 10 days while visiting Kauai. The property is in a wonderful location close to the beautiful Hanalei Bay which was our kids favorite beach and the stunning NaPali Coast. Our kids used the pool (which is every bit as beautiful as it appears) often while we were cooking dinner in the well stocked kitchen. The beds were all lovely and a comfortable place to land at the end of a busy day! The garage was well stocked with beach and pool supplies which was a very nice touch and saved us time and money in finding beach supply rentals. Also, pool towels were provided which saves tons of packing space! They have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable! We have such fond memories of our stay, we hope to be back soon! Kauai is beautiful!

Unit 24C was clean and had a nice lay out for our situation. Towels/beach supplies were handy to have. We had a quick response when internet was out first day as well. The property at large is nicely kept and the pool is great to have when you’re done exploring for the day. Only main “complaint” is the lack of mid-sized plates - minor I know but it was either a platter sized option or coaster sized option for group of 6 at least (if you are travelers who plan to dine in often). We loved using the quick oven! Will definitely consider this unit/development for our next visit to the north shore

We loved our time here and felt right at home. The condo had everything we needed with nice beach, chairs, and umbrella and cooler! Even had a bunch of extra snorkel gear to. The pool and barbecue were really nice to have and the condo had plenty of space for 8 people.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great proximity to Foodland and Hanalei Bay. The layout of the condo was also great for 2 families.

We had a great time and would highly recommend. They were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. They allowed early check in. The garage door jammed on us one evening and they had it fixed by 7:15 the following morning.

Super comfortable!! Our stay was Great! Started with smooth checkin, clear communication with our VRBO property & easy access/codes. We were so pleased with our location! Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Fantastic beds for king & queen. So great to have a sofa bed & twins for kiddos. Property management was quick with help, extra bedding & even had to fix a garage door promptly for us. Felt like home away from home!! We’ll stocked for cooking & for beach! Loved having a cooler. Access to pool & grill super easy & close. THANKYOU for an AMAZING place to stay in Kauai!!

So we made it a point to stock up at Costco each time we were in Lihue.

Extremely comfortable and spacious condo. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house is at a great location close to beaches and food. The owner had stocked lots of beach towels and boards and snorkelling equipment. There atr two large screen TVS. The wifi is extremely slow. Overall an amazingly comfy home to enjoy your vacation.

Unit was overall nice. cleanliness left something to be desired but was not overall too bad. beds were nice and layout nice. garage for two cars is incredibly tight and almost impossible washer and dryer nice everything worked well including a/c I would stay here again
