1. the lawn mower robot is always on which makes the grass always have the waste on the ground. you can’t walk to the lake without getting your shoes dirty and you will have to take off your shows outside the apartment. 2. the most annoying thing is the EUR 300 deposit you have to pay in cash when you arrive. There are many safe online gateway solutions for the payments but the owner chose to collect it in cash when he’s free to pass by. otherwise he will call and send endless messages until you pay. moreover, he does not give you any cash receipt document which seemed suspicious, and when I asked for one he pulled the first paper he saw, which was a medical report, and wrote few sentences stating the amount but forgot to write the names and sign it. I laughed when I received it. these little things annoyed me and I wouldn’t go back unless they change.

Extremely nice view. nice, new and very clean property, we have enjoyed our stay in this property and will definitely choose this place for our next visit to Zell am see. the owner of the property very nice and respectful gentleman.

Superb location directly on the lake. Friendly and professional owner. Spotless kitchen and rooms with all equipment. Less than 10 mins drive to the center and train station.

We had an excellent stay at the property. The host went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need. It’s super comfortable and beautifully designed. The view and location is incredible!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience there. The apartment was fantastic and clean. There was a wonderful front yard with private beach access, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. This place is at a perfect location for relaxation, very easy to get around, and walking distance to a lovely park.
