Duschwasser nicht heiß genug. Küchenausstattung verbesserungsfähig. Schlüsselkasten schwer zu bedienen.

The view and location were very good, close to the beach and the centre of Estepona.

The property itself. From the moment we opened the door to find a shabby torn blind hanging off the window our expectations were dashed. We had a quick look in the bathroom as we passed that and like the rest of the property it was is desperate need of an update - it was like travelling back in time to the 1970s and the one glass provided was filthy. We then came across the second bedroom the door on which could not be closed as the bed was in the way - a point made by many other reviewers over the years. The kitchen again was shabby and dated with a lack of glassware and nothing matched, the kettle ceased working on the second day and although reported nothing was done, indeed not even an acknowledgent was received of our report. On entering the main bedroom the bed linen did not look as if it had been ironed and the bed itself was way past its' best and was very uncomfortable and the springs made a noise with every slight movement preventing a decent nights' sleep, again this has been mentioned by previous guests over the years and yet again no action taken. We had booked the property for 7 nights but decided to leave the property after the 4th night as the place was so depressing.

Totally amazing views of the sea and an outstanding location in the centre of Estepona. the property provided a travel cot with proper bedding (that isn’t always the case) and answered all my questions promptly. A wonderful stay. Thanks!

The lorries collected Street rubbish from outside in the middle of the night which was quite loud - but not the property’s fault

The rooms didn't have AC, Only one AC in the living room

The location opposite the beach in the town and within walking distance to the old town. Safe public underground car park which was reasonably priced.

spotless. great location right across from beach and close to both centre and to grocery store.

Excellent location on the first line in Estepona. Good sized apt. Only downside was the poor quality mattresses
