The unit is is a bit older, but very well kept. This was our first stay in Colorado and we loved it! The unit faces the sun all afternoon so it gets quite warm but fans and windows that open are provided. You will also find 2 much needed humidifiers to use (we recommend starting them right away, we didn't and regret it;)). You will see beautiful views out of the living room and bedroom windows as well as on the balcony. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful over the mountains. If you don't ski like us, the first week in November is a great time to go. Awesome restaurants are close by. We would definitely recommend GOAT Soup and Whiskey Tavern. Great food and fun staff in a cool environment. Beautiful scenic drives where had everyday and the town of Breckenridge is close by and absolutely charming, especially for first time visitors. For the price and ease of access we would definitely recommend a stay at this unit whether you ski or not:).

My husband and I came here for our anniversary and fall colors were in full. It was beautiful. The only downside was that the condo was SUPER hot (88 degrees) when we checked in (most likely from the large sun facing windows) and took a long time to cool down and I do wish check in was a little earlier. Also, the heat didn’t work in the morning, but that is fixable. Really great place to stay and beautiful view. We enjoyed walking around and also sitting on the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here because it was close to our wedding venue. We were so busy for the 4.5 days that we pretty much were only at the vrbo to sleep. It was pretty warm at night but the fan helped. Would stay again if we ever get to Colorado again.

Enjoyed the property -- just a short walk to the tunnel to get to the conference center. Also, the view of the lake is spectacular. Awesome!

Nice place, loved the location.

This was a great place to stay. It was exactly as advertised/pictured. Loaded with everything you need for your stay. Extremely clean and well-appointed. It also has amenities not mentioned in the advertising such as free use of a pool, hot tub, W/D, and free parking. My only complaint is with the Town of Keystone. All the fun stuff we came here to do (best Gondola in Colorado, summer snow tubing) was closed on Tues and Wed, which happened to be the only 2 days we stayed in Keystone. Lots of shops and restaurants were also closed. Keystone seemed like a ghost town in the summer. However, a short and beautiful 20 min drive to Breckinridge gave us TONS of summer activities, shops, and restaurants. Everything was open and booming with lots of people! I was just a bit disappointed in Keystone that they seem to shut down in the summer, while Breck continues to thrive all summer. My .02 worth...

They did a fantastic job it was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with supplies! I would 100% book again. The view is great and they offered 3 fans to keep the place nice and cool!

The wall of windows of the lake is beautiful...we watched the Zamboni groom the lake for the day and folks skating in the morning around the Christmas Tree. Kitchen very nicely stocked...with a step up..Very comfortable king bed. Loved their moose decorations and appreciated the string of Christmas lights!!!! Thank you for sharing your condo.

Unit 1545 has gorgeous views and was supplied well with TP, Kleenex, paper towels, trash bags, hotel size: lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Enjoyed using the indoor ski locker off the main entrance. Whirlpool and sauna were good, plenty of towels. Management checked in through text messages and a gal stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking when we checked in.

This condo was perfect for us, super clean, bed comfortable, breathtaking views, and great location!! We will definitely be back!

Barely big enough to just get out and stand with the little table and chairs. Not a huge deal. The condo was also hot. When we arrived it said it was 85° in there. Felt like I was back in Texas lol. We looked at the thermostat and turned it down, but the few days we were there it never got below 74-75°. It felt like there was a heat source coming from somewhere, but we couldn’t figure it out. We even opened windows and the bedroom was still warm. So we got the box fan out to sleep with. I didn’t call to ask if this was normal for that condo as we were gone most of the day and not there long enough for it to really be a huge issue. Couch is pretty uncomfortable. The cushions don’t stay put when you sit on one, and kind of a foam block feel. (It’s a faux leather couch with 3 separate cushions) Be careful in shower too, tub is super slippery. Nothing on bottom to get ve any grip. Also no bath rugs/mats. Gotta use a towel on floor to step out of tub. The bed was meh.... pretty hard and not very comfortable. Having the elevator to 4th floor was nice. Amenities were good. Free laundry on second floor. The condo was clean, cute and had great views, but I probably wouldn’t stay at this particular one again. Sorry 😞
