It was comfortable, serving our needs adequately, and beds were very cosy. Delighted with the on street parking which was very convenient, and finding the PayByPhone ideal after 9am…not having to go out to put coins in meter was a bonus! Loved the artwork in the rooms …especially the boat!

The crumpled duvet covers. Ironed linen would have enhanced the overall first impression. The toilet cistern flushing system was temperamental. It wasn’t a problem but …the bathroom could do with a toilet roll holder, towel rail and loo brush

It was very clean and fresh. Communications with Mandy were clear. We found the flat easily.

The lounge and the 3 single bedded rooms are alongside the inner ring road so traffic is very busy. If it is possible these rooms could benefit from triple glazing. The back bedroom overlooked a quiet part of the town so was peaceful.

Everything was spot on. The owner was very helpful and took time to offer any advice we required regarding our stay and travel to the event we were attending.

Location, price, cleanliness included Netflix and basic supplies - everything , literally 2 minutes from the station. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Kilmarnock.. we will be back. Thankyou Mandy

Great location for a wedding at Rowallan castle. Owner was lovely and managed to get us an early check in so we could make ourselves at home before heading off for the day!

Some local info would’ve been good (recommended eateries/pubs and local amenities) although wifi and google sorted this.

The apartment was very large and in a good location within the city. We were within walking distance of restaurants, which was very nice. The back bedroom, while the view wasn't splendid, was very quiet.

The apartment was located on a main road, therefore the front bedroom had to deal with traffic noise. Not a huge problem if you are used to it, but my parents were not.
