Mom and I had a wonderful stay at Beach Dreams! The view from the Balcony is simply beautiful. Mom enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in while I walked the beach. The host Jeanie and Billy were awesome and easy to communicate with! A lot of great restaurants nearby. Watching the sunrise never gets old. The condo is decorated all in the beach theme and so is the balcony❤️

Billy and Jeannie were excellent hosts! THANK YOU. The view from the balcony, ocean front, is dreamy. The decoration in the condo is top-notch, cohesive theme and tastefully done. We cooked most days in the condo, but there are restaurants within walking distance. Situated between the Surf City and Garden City piers. Garden City was the closer one, maybe half a mile (?), and walking on the beach to the piers was very enjoyable. We were there during (not for) BIKE WEEK, [and we were on a motorcycle ourselves] so we saw lots of motorcycles everywhere. I would recommend the HOA make a rule that motorcycles need to park, (on the parking structure,) but closer to the street side, not in front of the condo's doors because it gets super noisy. If you don't want motorcycle noise check the calendar of events to avoid those weeks. The pools and jacuzzi, both inside and outside, were a delight to our family. There is a restaurant/bar on the first floor of the building, which is very convenient. The condo has TVs in every room. There is a mini-mart next to the building, which further adds to convenience. The condo has beach chairs and boogie boards to use (our girls loved them!). For an older building, it is very well-mantained. The pools are cleaned daily and we saw maintenance personnel working all the time. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would love to come back again. THANKS Jeannie and Billy 💞💕💞

This place was gorgeous. Clean, up to date, and in an awesome spot for kids. I thought it would be a little difficult to get everything to the beach with two kids and being on the second floor but it was one flight of stairs or a quick elevator ride down. We had no problems at all. It is also located right on the top level of the parking garage so I was able to park my car right in front of our door. On top of that, I drove my Ram 1500 to the top no problem. It’s very tight but you can absolutely do it. Will absolutely be renting again if we make it back to Myrtle!

Beautiful place with so many little extras provided. Jeanie and her husband were both great hosts and quick to answer any questions. They also gave us some good restaurant suggestions. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony and look forward to returning for another stay.

The unit itself was beautiful and clean! Wonderful view of beach and ocean. Only negative was cramped parking garage and tight ramps.

the property was exactly as advertised, everything was exceptionally clean and there was so many extras, parking right in front of the room was great and just a flight of stairs to be on the beach, loved sitting on the balcony reading and listening to the waves, thank you for everything

Unit had everything advertised. There were extra paper products, bath toiletries & a well stocked kitchen. Would have liked to have had more space for personal items including suitcases and places to hang towels and wet swimsuits. Hosts were quick to response to emails, gracious, friendly, & attentive.

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean second floor condo. Easy access to pool patio and beach. Perfect deck for sunrises and sunsets. Everything was very welcoming upon entering. Beautifully decorated and very comfy. Will definitely book the same room again when we have next family vacation. Jeanie was very polite and quick to reply to any questions that we had. Thank you for a very memorable family vacation, it is one our daughter will remember for years!

We had the best stay! The condo was convenient, super clean, well stocked and the views…perfection! Jeanie and her husband were so sweet the day we checked in. They gave us a quick tour of the condo, all the ins and outs and made it feel like we were staying at a close friends place. Perfect for our family of four. Highly recommend and we hope to come back and stay soon!

I left hanging hooks for a shoe organizer (used for toddler cloths) on a door. She went and found them and is shipping them back to me at no charge. A leak was found during our stay and she had someone come to be sure it wasn’t a concern for our safety. As a mom, doing laundry prior to leaving is always nice! The washer and dryer were both clean. I did bring my own detergent though. Great place and will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This was the best location we've stayed in Garden City. Jeanie is a wonderful hostess and the unit was spotless and she took care of any questions or needs! I would highly recommend this to any of my friends! Exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful and relaxing

Loved the view of the ocean and listening to the waves from the balcony. Jeannie was very responsive, condo was extremely clean, everything we needed was provided (even beach chairs and beach blanket). Perfect size for family of 4. Swimming, fishing and just relaxing was just perfect all-around. We will be back!

Beach Dreams is exactly as it is described and reviewed by others. It is clean, and beach front. Jeanie and Billy are super quick to respond to questions. I’ve never seen a rental so well stocked with basic kitchen, bathroom and toiletry essentials. Also had beach chairs and boogie boards. Beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend!

Clean and beautifully decorated

From inception we dealt with the owner's who live in the same building. Wow! What a property for two grandparents with minor grandchildren on their first real beach trip. We parked 30 feet from the door to our condo. Clean? You bet, and very well decorated. Could not have been happier. Three minutes and we're on the beach. Pools -indoor and outdoor- kiddie pools - hot tub - awesome snack bar, huge patio, outdoor showers, etc. Jeannie and Billy really care about the comfort and enjoyment of their tenants. It was great not dealing with a faceless and nameless agent. The pics from the balcony are accurate and our girls (4 & 8) could not have been happier. Looking forward to our next stay.

We really enjoyed our girls trip to Beach Dreams! Jeanie and Billy were amazing and the check in process was a ten! The condo was extremely clean and provided all the necessities you need as well as a great oceanfront view! Jeanie even dropped off a few extra supplies midway through our stay just in case they didn’t need enough to begin with. The whole building was extremely clean and tidy. Looking forward to staying here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is spacious and extremely clean. The owners are very informative and sweet.

This is the third unit we've rented at this resort and it is by far the best. Clean, extremely well stocked, and really, really pretty. The owners have thought of everything, so you can just relax and enjoy yourself. We commented that if we weren't so high maintenance (aka needing to have our specific brands of shampoo, etc.) we could literally have shown up with just our clothes and some food and we would have had everything we needed! We will definitely be back.

Very nice property. HOA folks are a bit nutty but I think all HOAs are. It was great to drive up to the door and unload. Would definitely recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our birthday weekend at Royal Garden Resort. The condo was exactly as the owners described it. Beautifully decorated, clean, plenty of room. Very convenient to parking. Walk right out to your car! Jeanie and Billy were wonderful to work with. You will make the right choice if you choose to rent their condo!

I went with my husband, and my friend from high school in California. I always rented houses at different SC beaches, but for easy beach access, homey, traditional late-modern architecture, and great views with no attitude, this apartment was great. Good amount of amenities, very comfortable beds, great people watching from patio balcony. The friendly, unobtrusive owner lives in the building.

Let me start by saying that Jeanie & Billy were fabulous hosts, and their hospitality goes unmatched. The condo was beautifully up kept and decorated, and location was perfect. We were so happy with our stay!

There was everything we needed for a relaxing time at the beach! Very clean, comfortable place to stay - will definitely stay there again!
