The location is wonderful, and the owner was extremely kind. All amenities are there, and you will truly enjoy this stay. Tip for future guests: The parking situation is tricky. You can pay for parking very nearby or circle around the streets looking for an empty spot. We parked outside the city in a supermarket parking because it is much easier but it was 2.5km from the apartment. Not a fault of the owner of course

The bathroom doors are not closing completely, so you can hear every movement of the person inside. No terrace in the apartment where we stayed, but we used the outside one that is joined for all upstairs guests and it was great. The bedsheets were changed daily, but the towels not once in 4 days.

Everything was very clean.

The location was perfect. The hostess was exceptional, she welcomed us bethought we arrived late in the evening and provided us with great tips about the city and the surroundings. She was also available for anything else we wanted. The decoration was very good giving a very elegant feeling.

Perfect place to stay, in the centre of the old town. The staff are friendly and clean the room each day. They even provide toiletries which you don’t see much nowadays in some hotels.

It’s not the property but I think it’s the guests from other room as our room is just next to the street where people walking, the front has tables and chair where guests can sit outside but I think one of guests are smoker so they sat outside smoking and it’s not good when it’s early morning and you’ll be waken up by the smell of cigarettes and not good if you have a child, so for me smoking should have not been allowed in front of rooms, even if it’s outdoor and in the street maybe should have a sign where they can smoke, just a bit of respect to other guests.

I loved everything about this property, the location, cleanliness, value for money, I couldn’t fault it 😊

We spent a week in this accomodation and every was perfect: really clean, beautiful design, nice environment and really in the center of chania center. The host is really kind and available to help you in any way she can. It happens that I forgot my tablet in the room and she helps me to get it back, being available and very very kind. SUPER!

Beautifully furnished and presented.

I was very unhappy about the mouldy and damp smell in no 2 apartment. On investigation, I found a poorly sealed glass / Perspex panel under the bed , covering an archeological artefact of a well and stone pipe . Despite aircon , open windows and a face mask , I could only stay one night of the 4 that I had paid for , due to the strong odour . Even though I provided photographic evidence , there was no resolution of the issue, by the manager or Booking.com and no refund of 3 nights when I couldn’t stay due to breathing difficulties.

The location in the old city of Chania was lovely, with close access to restaurants, the water and historical sites. The apartment was very clean.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was very poorly designed, so every time you turn on the shower, the whole bathroom gets flooded. Additionally, with the windows open to let in air, the noise from outside was very loud in the early morning.
