Overall, it is a nice, well maintained home on a great property. Recommend for small families or couples only. Note that lower gate near the garden needs repair. Our dog escaped in about 5 minutes of arrival.

The only exception being that it is advertised as a Two bathroom. This property is only one and a half bathrooms. Two showers would have been better. Price could be adjusted due to one bath. Otherwise all was as expected and great.

This is our new favorite place to stay in Brevard! The location alone is perfect, but the ability to bring our dog and to have such a large fenced in backyard for the kids and dog to play is icing on the cake. It was extremely clean, had just the right amount of space, and had all the amenities we could need for a few nights. We will definitely be back! Isaac (and others who may have been answering my messages) were wonderful to work with and very responsive! We arrived earlier than anticipated and wanted to check out what supplies we may need around the house to prepare for the snowstorm and were able to get in early. Also, due to the road conditions, we ended up needing to stay an extra day and check out a bit later once the ice had thawed, and RPM was extremely accommodating. Just all around the perfect stay!

We loved the convenience of this property in proximity to downtown Brevard. The HUGE BACKYARD was so much fun. It was perfect for our needs as a family. We hope to return to the same property again! Jana and Isaasc were wonderful to work with. They were super helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much!

Accommodations were excellent and it was a lovely weekend. We were close to downtown and there was a bike path just down from our street.

Great place to rest your head, watch a movie, and quiet enough to relax and find some peace.

This house was perfect for our week getaway while the kids were at camp. Walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Close drive to an abundance of hikes and waterfalls. Our dog loved the big back gated yard. Saw white squirrels everyday.

The large garage was ideal for working on our mountain bikes. Some trails are very close by while the Pisgah main trails are only a short ride or drive away.

We had a wonderful stay and could not ask for a better location in town! We took our bikes everywhere from the bike path to Oskar Blues with the kids, to the Bracken trails, to the restaurants downtown. The house set up great for our family and the backyard and garage were a plus!! The kids had a blast catching fireflies.

Our family of 5 stayed in this rental over the Labor Day weekend and had a great time. Our 3 kids loved the backyard and the house was close enough to walk downtown (about .5 mile walk). The back porch was a nice place to hang out and we could hear live music coming from downtown. The house was clean and had updated appliances. There is a large smart tv in the living room with roku but no cable. Both bathrooms were clean, have been updated, and it was no problem for us to share the one shower. There is not a kitchen table in the house but there is a bar with 4 barstools. We hiked around Pisgah throughout the weekend and were within a 15-20 minute drive to several trails. This house is in a fairly nice neighborhood - although the rental is somewhat sandwiched behind 2 other houses. Despite that, the backyard is huge with woods surrounding the fence line so there is privacy. We enjoyed downtown Brevard with plenty of very good restaurants, shopping, breweries and also took the kids to Franklin Park. We would stay here again as the house is a good value for the location and was well maintained.

The only thing I would caution against would be young children (maybe younger than 10) staying in the house due to the steepness of the steps down to the basement. We loved this location.

There were nightlights throughout the house to help in the dark and lights with motion sensors in the backyard. There were many huge mature trees around the entire back yard so it felt very private. It was an easy walk to restaurants, ice cream, and shops downtown. And you could even get to a couple breweries without having to use a car. When sitting on the back porch, there's a bit of road noise and you can hear the band playing from a bar in the evening on railroad street. It wasn't a problem if you were inside the house.

Loved the house, spacious, clean, comfortable beds! Everything I look for in a rental. I sent a message late into the evening about check in and Isaac was super quick to respond and even called to check and make sure we were good. Very helpful!
