Excellent people at the hote who are really interested in making their clients feel at homel. Everything is sustainable and no plastics are being used. Lovely place and we will come back.

We loved the hospitality of Ignasi and Marta. Gorgeous people with a strong focus on sustainable travel and tourism, as well as preserving and sharing the history of this beautiful place. Their ethos about reusing and recycling matches ours. I loved all the mismatched old crockery! And the food was absolutely sensational- organic and locally sourced and prepared with joy - you don’t get much better!

Only a small thing, but we were there on very hot days and as there are no air conditioners the little fans weren’t really enough to stay cool for a good nights sleep.

Amazing place, staff, breakfast!! Very clean and super nice staff :) I recomend it 100%. If you are looking for a relax and cool environment to disconnect a little from the stressful life this is the place. Also the localion super close to the famous callas in Costa Brava

Breakfast was very good, with local eco product cooked just in time. Staff is really warm and wellcomming. It is very close to Palamos city center

The hotel is located in a charming old building, it was an interesting experience to stay in a house from the 15th century. There is big territory, a garden and many cozy spots to hang out, although it was too cold and windy at the time we stayed to spend time outside. There is also a private parking and locked gates, so it was safe. Although it was close to the road, it was quiet. The host was very charismatic, friendly and helpful. There was a lovely big dog our children adored. It was clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was rather simple, but delicious: warm bread, local farmer’s ham, and fresh juice.

There was quite an unpleasant smell inside of the house, such a typical odor of an old building. I assume more in-depth renovation works are required to eliminate the smell, but probably only basic painting was done. Our apartment was rather small and very basically equipped, although there was some minimalist perfection in this. But there wouldn't be any harm to add at least a couple of hooks in the bathroom. It was cold in the apartment (we stayed in April). There was a central heating, but it was not turned on prior to our check in. The water in the shower was barely warm, it might be even pleasant in the summer, but not on an April morning! I did not notice an air condition in the rooms, and it is not possible to open windows if you want to have the blinders closed (to darken the room). The location: the house is in quite an industrial area and it is 25-30 mins by foot to the old city and sea. Overall overpriced, consider the above points. And the long price list for each small addition, like water bottle refill and extra coffee at the breakfast, looked ridiculous.

Big room, comfy bed, pleasant shower, great welcome. Simple but adequate breakfast. Siege to walk around outside. Close to roads, supermarkets and can walk down to beaches. The efforts of the hosts to reduce use of plastics to be applauded.

Can hear the motorway/autopista when outside but still not intrusive.

Old rennovated catalan farm house that is operated by extremely nice and friendly young couple . They made this place so nice by paying attention to the decoration and pleasure of their guests while considering the environment in a very considerate manner. A really one of a kind place and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Ignasi & Marta - hope to visit again soon or see you here

I loved that the hotel was something like a Manor house, with stone arches, aspiring to Unique. it was well lit at night with an iron gate, that made you feel secure.

Beautifully restored farmhouse, spacious room and bathroom, lovely breakfast. Marta and Ignasi are delightful hosts, as was the lady who checked us in and showed us to our room. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean apt with two spacious bedrooms and three! Bathrooms. Hot water, very quiet at night, friendly manager and dogs. Central heating . Outside had huge yards and gardens, safe for kids.

Although the kitchen was functional there was no kettle or means of boiling water. No toaster. The distance to town was a good 25 minute walk down a busy municipal road. No shops nearby

This place is a gem. We are glad that we have found it. From the moment you arrive there, you can leave your brain aside and just enjoy having not to think. Ignasi and Marta are really welcoming and caring. Breakfast is included and perfect, rooms are great, gorgeous and clean, and the location is just outside the city of Palamos. This is perfect to keep it quiet if you want to, but just close enough to visit and appreciate the city, the calas/beaches via a walking distance or by car. Plus, the construction as an historical aspect that Ignasi explains to you pretty well during your check-in. We are usually very picky but for the quality/price, this place has surpassed all the locations we have been to in Costa Brava. Enjoy!

Nice old building

Clearly a problem with the sewage that the hotel knew about, so the room smelled, but the owner only put some essential oils in the room to deal with the smell. Really disappointing and smelly stay. The location is awful: next to a dump and far from the city. Expensive for all this and the breakfast was really basic.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Impressed by the flavors I inquired about the fruits and vegetables and was told they are bought fresh from a local organic grower.

The property is: two minutes by foot to two supermarkets, ten minutes to La Fosca beach, fifteen to Castell beach or central Palamós. There are two friendly dogs at the property. There is a respectable library and lounge area for times when the weather is uncooperative or if one simply wants for reading.
