Apartment was great, very warm clean and conveniently close to the slopes

Already made a few suggestions when we checked out for a little more kitchen equipment that would make self catering easier - but very minor comments.

Mooi verzorgd appartement. Alles aanwezig. Zeer behulpzame mensen aan de receptie. Mooi zicht op meer en omringende bergen. Dicht bij centrum. Mooi terras.

Sehr nette und kooperativ Mitarbeiter, das Apartment war sauber mit schönen Blick, wir waren sehr zufrieden, nächste Besuch kommen wir wieder zur Alpin und See Resort.

The apartment full of spider and spider net!! , lots of dust on floor , bad cleaning before check in . Bad smell in the toilet. No housekeeping its a self service and u have to wash the used towels . Old kitchen equipments . Elevator was out of service for full day !!!! Old furniture with some damaged chairs

The staff, the location, in fact I liked everything except for the lack of air conditioning.

1- In my opinion this accommodation has the potential for being the best in all of Zell Am See, but it has one serious problem which is the lack of air conditioning. We booked an apartment during August and it was like living in a sauna due to the extreme heat to the extent where we could barely sleep. 2- The second issue is related to the first, namely, when opening the windows to get some cool air from outside (if any) all forms of insects would crawl in, such as spiders, wasps and other weird looking insects. It would be helpful if at least a mesh window or fly screen could be installed on windows to keep insects out.

Staff was friendly on the phone.

We didn't have a pleasant stay. There was a bad smell in the apartment, light in the fridge didn't work, fans in WC running all night causing terrible sleep, bed lights not working, flooring in poor condition. Food leftovers under the curtains?, and blood stain on the bed sheets? All this against the price concludes, we will not come back and cannot recommend this place to others.

Everything, the room was spacious, clean, the location, specific parking by apartment number, I was at apartment 26 so I also had a private washing and drying machine

I wish there was an air conditioner, but it wasn't a big problem because the weather was nice when I came.

Everything was just perfect . The location few steps from the center . The design the cleanness and the staff is just helpful and amazing!! Specially Liyla she was one of the best receptionist I’ve ever met .

Beautiful view of lake - right next to busy road and railway line, which wasn’t clear in advance - would be noisy in summer with windows open.

Smart TV lacking in main living room - there is a DVD player but no renting of DVDs, so useless if you don’t speak German (for TV). Ventilation in bathroom non existent (extractor fans don’t work despite asking for them to be fixed) drainage of water clearly a problem too. Fittings in bedrooms let the quality down - drawers and cupboard doors don’t stay shut. No mirrors in bedrooms.

Good location, sauna in appartment, resposive staff.

Kitchen is not so convenient, had to dry skiing boots in appartment, as in hotel is cold premise for skis.
