The hotel has a "back to nature" concept and simple design which I really like, with exposed bricks and some bamboo accent on the ceiling. The room is spacious and the bathroom as well. The bed is comfortable. The temperature in puncak is already cold so no AC is not an issue. What I like more is there are shops selling Arabic food nearby. Recommended place to stay in puncak.

The access from the main puncak road, at some point is quite narrow, so you need to be careful if there is a car from the opposite direction.

Cold without any AC, and the sound of the river was so priceless like it was raining so it became peacefull

The light of the toilet was too dim, can’t see clearly. also the plants were not well maintained.

the shower runs a bit slow and hot water is a bit inconsistent, so i didnt get that refreshed feeling after shower.

The water heater is not working

At first I try to find a place a quiet one to work with my tasks. And after found this place I really like the environment. The room is our facing small river and the sound is very calming. The view is also breathtaking; there are so many greens so many trees and it help me to relax. there are not many rooms in this hotel because it’s just being renovated Something that missing from this place is the restaurant because they are not serving dinner or lunch and only breakfast. They don’t have any second floor so only first floor available. The interior is very natural made from nude bricks and they have also TV but only serves a local channels. They also don’t have any telephone so if you need some thing you need to go to the receptionist. Of course the staff is very friendly and very helpful so overall I really like my stay here.

There is no international channel for the television and restaurant so it’s very hard for us to get a food if you plan to stay the whole day in the hotel.
