We wanted a central location in Coconut Grove area. This apartment was in a perfect location. View from the room was superb. Hotel staff extremely helpful. Marie was available and responded quickly to queries.

This room in my opinion was expensive. It served its purpose of providing us a place to stay for my event I was attending. It’s not updated. The smell of smoke wafted every time we entered, and there was trash left from the previous persons, the toilet never flushed properly, and none of the light switches worked the lamps. My daughters stayed in two other rooms in this hotel and they were beautiful! One of them paid less than I did. The owner was very responsive when I reached out. but it be was definitely lacking. It had a small kitchen and there weren’t even paper towels available, we had two face cloths for 5 days. The owners need to spend some money and upgrade the room, and pay attention to some details like I mentioned previously. It did have a nice view of Biscayne Bay. I would choose a different room for sure if I ever return.

The property was well put together and clean, I had everything I needed during my stay. Marie, was an excellent host, and was great with communication and getting back to me as soon as possible with answering any question I may had. Due to me having surgery I wasn’t able to go out so I had to utilize the balcony to enjoy the weather which provided a lovely view of the water and boats, it most definitely provided a sense of relaxation. Next time I go to Miami, I will be choosing to stay with them again.

Loved this property and the great communication from Marie made the process incredibly easy. The room was super clean, well stocked and the location and view were perfect and it was walking distance to tons of shops & restaurants. It made for a short, but fun weekend visiting our daughter.

Our First Time in Miami!
My friends and I were so grateful for our awesome stay in Miami. It’s our first time there and we had an amazing time. Vacation is not complete to have a place to call home for the times we were there and staying at Northeast Coconut Grove made our stay peaceful, safe and felt like home away from home. Great location
The location is great close to lots of restaurants and cafés in a nice residential safe area . The unit itself is good but the furnishing needs updating and several electric outlets are loose in a way that our plugs don’t stay in place and fall off . Other than that it was good.

Perfect getaway
Our stay was great. The place was clean and the view was beautiful. The pool and hot tub close way too early, but that is the hotels issue not the host. The plug ins could use an update. The cords kept falling out otherwise it was great! Would definitely recommend! The neighborhood is so pretty and safe!

Beautiful property in the heart of Coconut Grove
My friends and I truly enjoyed our experience staying in this condo. The building itself is beautiful and high end in a safe, vibrant neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and local bars it's the best “home base” for a girls getaway. Thank you to Marie and Louis for making the experience so wonderful!

Nice place to stay for a few nights
Picture is accurate. Clean and simple. We were just popping in to tour the University of Miami with our daughter. If she attends we would consider using the same place. We didn't use the kitchenette but nice to have that ability should we want to use in the future.

Watching the boats
Hello, we usually stay ocean/beach front but this time we decided to stay ocean/marina front. It was a good change watching the boats (from the balcony) coming and going from the boat ramp and marina. And we got a bonus because the Dinner Key Marina had a public boat ramp, and that is always fun to watch people getting their boat ready and backing their boats into the water. The room and building was very nice. We brought some food and drinks to the room and had plenty of space in the two small refrigerators. The kitchen was sufficient for making small meals and reheating left overs from the local eateries. The pool had an attendant that gave out towels and helped with chair and umbrella relocation. The pool had a nice hot tub that was open. It was nice having the free parking in the garage. We went to the Everglades National Park, Miami Zoo, Bill Baggs State Park Across the bay from us ( Got to eat at the state park restaurant excellent views and food), and South Miami Beach Art Deco area. This place is close to all those attractions and at the end of the day it is nice to come home to this room where it is quite and secure. Close by the condo are plenty of places to eat and explore, also a grocery store (by the Coast Guard Hanger and Montes restaurant). So actually if you didn't want to go anywhere you wouldn't need a rental car just uber from the airport.

Mom Trip
We had a super time during our three-night stay at this cute condo! I’d highly recommend this place for a girls’ trip! Safe area with lots of restaurants and shopping locations in walking distance. We took an Uber to south beach for a day and rented a cabana at a hotel for pool and beach access. I’d definitely stay here again!

Loved everything about this property! Location was amazing...we could walk to so many things! The view was simply stunning! We spent a lot of time on the balcony! Room was very clean and comfortable! Beds were great!! The owners were awesome to work with! They checked in with us to make sure everything was good! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Corona Stay
Needed a last minute booking to make it to the US. Found this at a great price. The pictures match the place, it’s clean, and the hosts are easy to contact. The amenities are as listed and the area is nice! (I’m sure it’s even nicer when the stores are open)

Hotel Arya , room number 2003.
The property is in a great location. It is clean, and well maintained. My only complaint is the responsiveness of the property manager. We had a problem with the toilet and I did send a txt to the number provided in the email on Saturday. Our departing date was Thursday, no response yet. We managed to make it work, however, it would have been a real inconvenience if the situation got worse and I am trying to reach someone to fix it ( on my vacation). It probably wouldn’t hurt to replace the coffee maker(it is small). Overall, however, our stay was really good.

Beautiful View
This property was exactly what we were looking for. An efficiency apartment located in a Miami suburb. Walking distance to bistros an shopping areas and a short drive to Miami Beach and Key Biscayne. We were on the 20th floor and overlooked the harbor below. The property owners, Marie and Luis were awesome, making sure our every need was taken care of.
I highly recommend this property.

Miami Fun
Great view and location for walking to many restaurants and shops. My only recommendation would be a new hair dryer. The one in the unit sounded really bad. I borrowed one from another unit that family was staying in.

Wonderful location right in the heart of Coconut Grove, with parking on site a lovely pool with a view of the ocean and tons of wonderful restaurants and shops nearby! Accommodations are as advertised and building staff is very helpful. Looking forward to our next visit!
