The property was exactly as seen in the pictures. The building itself seemed a little old, but the unit was updated and modern! Kitchen was well stocked. It was great to have a cooler, umbrella and beach chairs provided as well. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Pool was well maintained and clean. Kids loved the putting green. It was nice to be close to the pier to walk and get shaved ice, snacks and the Tikki Bar was super fun. As others have said, a washer/dryer would be a nice addition in the unit to dry towels etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay as it was our first time in the area!

Great property in great location. Hosts were very transparent and had many communication touch points with us. I have 5 suggestions for an even better experience: 1. Pool - The listing said it was a heated pool. The water was cold. If heated, it was not set at a good temp. 2. Master bedroom fan - had a ticking sound. Therefore, we couldn’t use it when we really would have loved to. 3. Toilet flushing handle would stick causing water to continue to run. You had to intentionally lift the handle up after flushing to avoid the issue. 4. Shower In Master bath could have been cleaner. Hair from previous guests was in drain. Had to clean the hair ball out myself. That was quite disturbing. 5. Suggest providing more towels especially wash clothes and especially if the length of stay was as long as ours was (10 days). We had to be ultra conservative on reusing our towels longer than what is typical. Other than these items listed above, we really enjoyed our stay. Every part of the property was clean outside of the list above). If these items were resolved, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean unit with a beautiful view from large balcony. Large pool and direct beach access was nice. The unit is very close to the pier restaurants, bar, shaved ice, and beach rentals when open. The only thing we missed not having was a washer and dryer in the unit. I don’t typically do laundry on vacation, but our shoes and clothes got soaked from being out in the weather. The washer and dryer available for the building was not so ice and requires coins. It would be really nice to have this available in the unit. We would stay here again although not likely during hurricane season.

We are retired senior snowbirds and have resided in the Saint Petersburg area for many years. We started our vacation on the East Coast on Cocoa Beach as my grandson wanted to visit the Kennedy Space Center, not Disneyland. He stated to me, Disneyland is for little kids. We had an enjoyable stay at Cocoa Beach and two days at the Kennedy Space Center before traveling over to Indiand Shores on the Gulf Side. The Pros and Cons. · Pros: · Condo shown is as advertised, clean, well kept and quiet · Was well equipped with clean lining, towels. · Master bedroom bed was comfortable. Good view of pool and ocean Kennedy Space Center was enjoyable for my grandson who met astronut Ken Cameron commander of one of the space shuttle flights. Publix Food Market is close by. Cons:: Bedroom with the two full beds mattresses have to be upgrade. Both mattresses have a low and hight side down the middle. No safety bar in the shower incase you slip. TV's have a Amazon Firestick and Roku remotes. Unless you're familiar with them you'll be lost.

This property was great and perhaps better than advertised. We loved the layout and it was perfect for our family of 4. We were 1 block to the grocery store and very close to restaurants and anything else we wanted to do. We loved it! Beach access was great and the unit provided chairs and umbrella were a huge help as we flew in. Would stay here again!

This condo is everything we could’ve asked for. Clean, comfy beds, nice pool, pool towels, chairs etc. It was the perfect place for a family vacation. The only thing that would’ve made it better would’ve been an in house washer and dryer. The beach was a little disappointing as there are little to no shells and there was a vast amount of seaweed (we were told the latter is not the norm). We enjoyed our family time and the condo very much. The communication with Zareh was on point and refreshing. He answered questions within minutes.

This condo has a great location! Everything you need within minutes. Easy access to the beach. We liked that their are many owner occupied units. It was quiet and felt safe for our family. Everything was sparkling clean and well equipped! I had a great experience with the property manager who promptly replaced a coffee maker that stopped working during our stay. He was also a great resource for local amenities. The only thing that would have made it better would have been more towels and a washer and dryer in the unit. The laundry was very close and easy to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were clean and having the kitchen was a great bonus not having to eat out every night. Beautiful beachfront views comfortable beds and a laid back quiet atmosphere made our little family vacation prefect. Plenty to do around the area and would highly recommend.

The location is awesome! Steps from the beach and a nice swimming pool. The provided bogie boards were a hit with the family! We'll be back!

Beautifully cleaned home & great location. Overlooking the pool with perfect ocean views. We enjoyed the view so much & caught a rocket launch one morning! The pier & restaurants were walking distance which the kids loved. Drove to Disney two days, only an hour away. Perfect little spot & location for our family :)

We loved this property. The place was neat and clean and comfortable. The xheck in and out was smooth. The pool was kept after well and the beach is really close. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook our meals. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was just like the pictures. We enjoyed the views from the balcony. Great location for restaurants and stores. Had issue with television, and owner responded right away.

Great rental. Had to problems but James/Maintenance came. Awesome person. The absolute best!! Spare room beds were for children not adults. Too soft and low to the ground. Love the unit. Great staff!

Great condo! Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! Loved the big island in the kitchen area. Deck furniture was awesome and comfortable. Perfect location in relation to the pier, shopping, restaurants, and theme parks.

This property made our stay in Cocoa Beach awesome. The location could not be better. So close but yet not too close to the pier for convenience. We loved Rikki Tiki Tavern! A short walking distance to many other bars and restaurants. A new one, Fish Camp Grill, about a block away had just opened the day before our arrival and we would highly recommend. The Publix grocery store is very convenient as well for needed supplies. We found everything in the unit to be super clean, quiet and comfortable. It is even nicer than the pictures. The balcony was by far our favorite feature. The view is awesome and it is furnished comfortably, with a small high top table and four stools and two loungers for your enjoyment. The beds were comfy and both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The bathrooms are small but workable with a small vanity and a very nice tiled shower. There was plenty of drawer and closet space for storing your personal items. We did not cook in the unit during this short trip but the kitchen was stocked adequately. The coffee pot brewed fairly quick and the coffee mugs are a nice size for taking in the views on the balcony. The weather did not cooperate the best during our stay for beach activities but the unit is stocked with a cooler (very important), two beach chairs, pool noodles and other beach equipment along with plenty of beach towels. This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach but we will be back and will not hesitate to stay here again. To the owners, thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

My family stayed here a couple years ago. When we decided to go back we immediately looked to see if it was available, and it was. The updates to the condo were great and the owners communication was great. We had a great time. The view is great and close to restaurants and the pier.

We had to have a key to get in off beach, to use outside showers, to get in elevator and condo. They should upgrade the building to a key code instead of trying to keep up with a key. Rented surf boards 3 days from A1A rentals, highly recommend! Favorite restaurant was Coconuts on the Beach and El Catrina for Mexican- the best!We had 4 kids with us and they all had a blast!Can’t wait to go back!

We have no complaints other than the elevator was a little slow. The condo was everything we were hoping for and more. Clean, comfy and the view of the beach and grounds were exceptional!

We had a great and relaxing stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. It’s very convenient to walk to the beach and there was plenty of chairs, towels and beach items including a cooler. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

The property was wonderful, we look forward to visiting again. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean waves. Kitchen had everything we needed, carts are available to assist with bringing groceries up or other small items which was a bonus. Beach was a short distance!! Vegetation was growing in the walkway to the beach which caught on beach accessories, however I had to assist my mother walking along side her. Single file it really wasn't an issue. Beach items were available so you don't have to worry about those little things which was nice. The umbrellas provided were usable but with the wind it kept folding in so only shaded one person. I appreciated what we had as it was hot!! Those on the beach not having this issue appeared to have vented umbrellas or a sturdier type. The master bedroom screen door slider wouldn't function properly or stay in the track. It did have a rusted frame along the bottom and track which appeared to be part of the cause. We didn't use the screen doors due to not wanting to let AC air out anyways, so it was just propped up. It might be an issue for future renters though. Overall it was a great place for a short get away and would rent again!! Grounds were also clean and quite!! I did like that we received emails asking how things were and instructions for during stay and check in/out made it smooth. I felt if I needed immediate assistance I would have been taken care of.

This was a nice place for a young family. With available sand toys and dolls, which the kids loved.

The view from our condo was amazing. But getting into the condo did create some issues. We were given a code to use. We could not get the door to open. We could hear it trying to open, but it never would. We ended up calling the emergency number, which gave us access to a key. Finally we were in....after a long 45 mins. Also the large TV in the living room, broke in the middle of our second week there. We were told the owners would not be able to get a new TV there before we left. So for the next week and a half we had to watch TV in the master bedroom, sitting in the bed. We were not happy about that. I felt like this should have been taken care of sooner since we had another week and a half on our contract. We were there for a total of 3 weeks. The condo was very clean, the location was perfect, great view from our balcony. The building is an older building but the up keep on the building and grounds is amazing. I guess the only thing I had an issue with was with the TV and the bathrooms are very small, with no place to put your personnel stuff, no shelves, or drawers,. I purchased a container to place my stuff in and sat it on the toilet so it was accessible to me.

Great place! Told management about the rusted sliders and squeaky master bed but other than that, it was the perfect place for a quiet week on a beach. Hard to find quiet during a holiday week but we found it! Just rotated between condo balcony, beach, pool, and tennis courts. I do not suggest this place/area if people want "nightlife" but we wanted to have a mellow week and everything was as hoped.

As I told property manager, the only two problems were the rusted screens for the sliders which made them very hard to close and also the old master bed frame is way too squeaky. But, all that aside, this is a really great place if you want a place where you can go from your balcony, to the beach, to the pool, to the tennis court in one loop during the week. This isn't a place for quality nightlife (which is fine with us) but the quietness and ocean breeze was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly at the condo and we felt welcomed even as renters. You can walk to Publix and then never leave the property :) Highly suggest this place for mellow vacationers. Also, super easy drive from Orlando airport. We do VRBO a lot and this was a great choice.
